Best MSPs for Real Estate in Fort Myers (2026)

Juan Alba, IT Research Analyst · Last updated: August 11, 2026 · No paid placements
Entech ranks #1 among Fort Myers MSPs for real estate businesses with a Trust Score of 7.8/10, earned through 402 Google reviews at 4.9 stars, a 2026 MSP 501 placement at #277 globally, and 28 years of continuous Southwest Florida operations. MET Florida (#2, 6.7/10) is the strongest local-only alternative, holding government vendor registrations with Lee County and the City of Fort Myers. JamKo Force Networks (#3, 5.5/10) is the only provider that names real estate, mortgage and title firms directly. All six providers were scored on six independently researched criteria using the itreviews.co Trust Score methodology, with no paid placements.

Fort Myers real estate is one of the most active markets in Florida. Brokerages, property management firms, title companies, and mortgage offices here depend on technology that doesn’t flinch during a hurricane season or a closing rush. Lost connectivity during a transaction doesn’t just cost time. It costs deals.

Most real estate businesses in Fort Myers run lean. They’re not staffing an internal IT team. They’re counting on someone else to keep the CRM accessible, the cloud storage secure, and the VoIP system working when the phone needs to ring. The problem is that most lists of “best MSPs” in this area are thin on methodology and heavy on whoever paid to be included.

No provider can buy placement in these rankings. Every score here comes from independently verified data across six factors: verified reviews, industry awards, years in business, physical presence, industry specialization, and service breadth. We evaluated six local providers. One earned the top score decisively. The others have real use cases for specific buyer types.

Google review counts and business addresses on this page were re-verified on August 11, 2026 with Apify’s Google Maps crawler. Award records, office addresses, founding years, and every capability claim were checked against each provider’s own website before publication. Where the source research behind this page did not survive that check, the correction is printed on the provider’s card.

How We Ranked These MSPs

Every provider is scored using the itreviews.co Trust Score: verified review data from Clutch, Google Maps, and Cloudtango (35% combined); confirmed third-party industry awards (20%); years in business (15%); physical presence in Fort Myers (10%); documented real estate or vertical specialization (10%); and service breadth (10%).

For this city-by-vertical page, the industry specialization factor is re-scored specifically for real estate. The other five factors carry forward from market-level research. No provider submitted their own data. Everything here was independently collected.

Review volume runs on a logarithmic scale. Going from 0 to 10 reviews is a larger credibility jump than going from 100 to 200. Providers with fewer, larger clients naturally accumulate fewer public reviews than those serving hundreds of small businesses, and the model accounts for that. Where a provider has no Clutch profile, the published methodology shifts that weight proportionally to Google and Cloudtango rather than deducting it — absence from a platform is never scored as a negative signal. Only one provider in this market has a Clutch profile at all, so for five of the six, the verified review record is Google.

A correction to how the source research described our own model

The research behind this page stated that “under the Trust Score model, 50% of the Clutch weight is permanently lost when a provider has no profile.” No such rule exists. Our published methodology says that weight shifts proportionally to Google and Cloudtango, and that absence from a platform is never treated as a negative signal. That language has been removed rather than repeated. The providers’ totals are unchanged.

A note on how this page is scored. The source research supplied a full six-factor sub-score grid, and all six rows reconcile exactly against the published weights. We are not publishing that grid here for one reason: the research scored UniVirtual Solutions’ review factor at near zero on the stated grounds that they had no findable Google listing and “no independently verifiable Google review data,” and that is not correct — they hold 39 reviews at 5.0. Correcting one cell would mean re-deriving a review sub-score we have no published conversion scale for, so the totals and order below are the research’s own, the comparison table carries them, and the finding is disclosed on that provider’s card. Every other claim on this page was verified before publication.

The Top 6 MSPs for Real Estate in Fort Myers

1
The Market Leader, With the Review Volume and Awards to Prove It
7.8
out of 10
Trust Score
Entech managed IT services Fort Myers Florida, ranked #1 for real estate with a Trust Score of 7.8/10, homepage

402 Google reviews at 4.9 stars. A 2026 MSP 501 ranking at #277 globally. Nearly 30 years operating out of Fort Myers. There’s a ceiling of evidence a regional MSP can produce, and Entech is hitting most of it.

Key Strengths

  • Named to the 2026 Channel Futures MSP 501 at #277 globally, one of the few MSP rankings that evaluates financial performance and operational health rather than revenue alone.
  • 402 verified Google reviews at 4.9 stars on the Fort Myers listing — by a wide margin the largest independently verifiable review base of any provider here, spanning clients across roofing, legal, financial services and education.
  • Founded 1998 and operating continuously for 28 years from 5276 Summerlin Commons Way in Fort Myers, with additional offices in Bradenton, Sarasota, Bonita Springs and Naples. No third-party contractors used for managed service delivery.
  • Serves 500+ Florida organizations and manages over 6,500 endpoints, so the operational systems are built for scale rather than improvised per client.
  • Full cybersecurity stack including EDR/MDR, identity and endpoint management, plus co-managed IT, AI readiness planning and strategic vCIO services. The depth goes well past helpdesk.

Limitations

  • Real estate isn’t a dedicated vertical practice with its own service page or documented compliance methodology. Brokerages that want documented real estate workflow knowledge upfront will need to validate fit in the sales conversation.
  • With 500+ client organizations across Florida, Entech is a regional enterprise. Solo agents or very small offices looking for one named technician who knows them may prefer a smaller provider.
  • No published pricing. Getting a number requires a discovery call.

Why Entech scores differently on our two Fort Myers lists

Entech also ranks first on our Fort Myers financial services ranking, where they score 9.0/10 against the 7.8/10 shown here. That is not an error in either direction: the industry specialization factor is re-scored for each vertical, and Entech has documented financial services client work — including a confirmed Clutch review from a wealth management firm — but no equivalent published real estate practice. The two pages also come from separate research passes that credited their award and review record slightly differently. Their #1 position is not in question on either list.

Best For

Property management companies, brokerages with 10+ users, mortgage and title firms needing documented cybersecurity and business continuity planning, and multi-location operations across Lee and Collier Counties.

Not Ideal For

Solo agents or teams under 5 users wanting a boutique, high-touch model where the same tech shows up every time.

Why They Rank #1

No other provider in this market combines the review volume, the national award recognition and the operational tenure that Entech does. The 2026 MSP 501 placement isn’t just a badge — it is a data-verified statement that this company’s financial health and delivery model met independent third-party scrutiny. For a real estate firm making a long-term IT decision, that is the kind of signal that survives due diligence. What it is not is a real estate specialist, and the specialization score reflects that honestly.

2
Fort Myers-Based Since 2005, Government-Registered, Built for Compliance-Sensitive Buyers
6.7
out of 10
Trust Score
MET Florida managed IT services Fort Myers, ranked #2 for real estate with a Trust Score of 6.7/10, homepage

MET Florida is locally owned, Fort Myers-headquartered, and recognized as a vendor with the City of Fort Myers, Lee County, and the City of Cape Coral. That’s not a marketing claim — it means they cleared government vendor qualification requirements most local MSPs never pursue.

Key Strengths

  • Registered vendor with the State of Florida, the City of Fort Myers, Lee County, and the City of Cape Coral — credentialing processes that create real accountability and that most regional MSPs skip.
  • Designated Microsoft Solutions Provider, a partner-tier recognition requiring documented technical competency and verified customer success outcomes.
  • 28 Google reviews at a clean 5.0, with named client testimonials describing specific outcomes including VoIP builds, Microsoft 365 migrations, and multi-office infrastructure rollouts.
  • Real estate explicitly listed as a served industry alongside healthcare, legal and professional services, led by named CEO Pamela Reimer and CTO William Decatur.
  • Founded in 2005, 21 years in business, reformed as a C-corporation in 2023 with an expanded managed IT and compliance practice.

Limitations

  • No Clutch profile, so their entire verified review record is 28 Google reviews. Under our methodology that isn’t a penalty, but it is a narrower evidence base than Entech’s.
  • Their Google listing publishes no street address — we could only locate it by searching their domain directly. The Fort Myers headquarters is real, but a buyer searching Google Maps for a local MSP may not find them.
  • Smaller public profile than Entech means less externally audited evidence of client outcomes at scale.

Best For

Compliance-adjacent real estate firms handling sensitive client data, property management companies with tenant records to protect, and Lee County operations that prefer a government-registered local vendor.

Not Ideal For

Buyers who weight third-party reference platforms heavily, or multi-market operations needing coverage beyond Southwest Florida.

Why They Rank #2

The government vendor registrations are a real differentiator. Most regional MSPs never bother with that credentialing process. For a real estate buyer who needs accountability documentation or operates in a government-adjacent capacity, MET Florida’s registered vendor status puts them ahead of providers that are simply locally based.

Serving Real Estate, Mortgage and Title Firms in Fort Myers Since 2007
5.5
out of 10
Trust Score
JamKo Force Networks IT services Fort Myers Florida, ranked #3 for real estate with a Trust Score of 5.5/10, homepage

JamKo has been at 12220 Towne Lake Dr in Fort Myers since 2007. Their website explicitly names real estate offices, mortgage companies, and title companies as served client types. Not a generic “professional services” checkbox. Named categories.

Key Strengths

  • Real estate offices, mortgage companies and title companies are explicitly listed as served industries — the most direct real estate vertical signal of any provider on this list.
  • A confirmed Fort Myers Google listing at 12220 Towne Lake Dr Ste 85 with a clean 5.0 rating, operating under the name JamKo IT Services.
  • Operating continuously since 2007, 19 years in the Southwest Florida market, with a local-first model and no indication of ownership changes or service pivots.
  • Serves Fort Myers, Naples and Cape Coral for on-site work, with a broader support network through regional partner offices.

Limitations

  • Seven Google reviews is a thin public record, and there is no Clutch presence. For a buyer who wants reference validation before signing, JamKo’s public review base is the smallest of the top three.
  • No industry awards found in research — no MSP 501, CRN recognition, or Cloudtango listing confirmed.
  • Their Google Business Profile is listed as “JamKo IT Services” rather than JamKo Force Networks, which makes them harder to find under the brand name on their own site.

Best For

Title companies, mortgage brokers, and real estate offices in Fort Myers looking for a local provider that already names their client type and understands their workflow categories.

Not Ideal For

Larger brokerages or investment firms needing documented compliance frameworks, national coverage, or a verifiable award history.

Why They Rank #3

For a city-by-vertical page, industry specialization is re-scored. JamKo’s direct naming of real estate offices, mortgage companies and title firms outscores providers that list real estate generically in a bullet. That specificity is the reason they rank above Greenwire and Connect SWFL despite a smaller review base.

4
Local Since 2008, 47 Google Reviews, Licensed Cabling Contractor
4.8
out of 10
Trust Score
Greenwire Technology Solutions IT services Fort Myers Florida, ranked #4 for real estate with a Trust Score of 4.8/10, homepage

Greenwire has been at 12195 Metro Pkwy in Fort Myers since 2008. They hold a licensed Low Voltage Electrical Cabling Contractor designation under Florida license #ES12001071, which separates them from IT-only providers when network infrastructure work is involved.

Key Strengths

  • 47 Google reviews at 4.7 stars, re-verified August 2026 — the second-highest review volume on this list and a consistent signal over 18 years of operation.
  • Fort Myers address confirmed at 12195 Metro Pkwy #5, Cloudtango listing confirmed, operating since 2008 without gaps or pivots.
  • Licensed Low Voltage Electrical Cabling Contractor (FL #ES12001071), useful when a real estate office needs both the network build and the ongoing IT management from one provider.
  • Flat monthly fee structure for managed IT with per-visit options, making the entry point more accessible for small offices not ready for a full contract.

Limitations

  • No confirmed industry awards and no dedicated real estate content. Real estate buyers won’t find documentation of how Greenwire handles transaction management tools, agent mobility, or wire fraud prevention.
  • A 4.7 rating is the lowest on this list, which keeps the review factor from reaching its ceiling even with strong volume.

Best For

Small Fort Myers brokerages or solo agent offices wanting a no-frills local provider with a long operating history. Offices that also need cabling or low-voltage work benefit from the contractor licence.

Not Ideal For

Real estate firms needing documented compliance posture, an award track record, or explicit real estate workflow documentation.

Why They Rank #4

Greenwire and Connect SWFL both land on 4.8/10. The research placed Greenwire ahead on Google review volume — 47 against 10 — which is more public evidence of client outcomes from a provider with a slightly longer operating history. See the note on the next card for how that tie was actually resolved.

5
Fort Myers IT and Web Provider With Real Estate Listed as a Vertical
4.8
out of 10
Trust Score
Connect SWFL managed IT and web services Fort Myers, ranked #5 for real estate with a Trust Score of 4.8/10, homepage

Connect SWFL bundles managed IT with web design, graphic design and digital marketing. They’ve been at 9371 Cypress Lake Dr since 2011 and explicitly name real estate as an industry they serve.

Key Strengths

  • Real estate named as a served industry alongside healthcare, legal, financial and government.
  • Fort Myers address confirmed at 9371 Cypress Lake Dr Ste 6, operating since 2011, Google listing verified at 10 reviews and a clean 5.0.
  • A single-vendor option for small brokerages that also want web design, business phones and marketing handled without managing separate provider relationships — their own navigation runs Web Services, Managed IT Services, Business Phones.

Limitations

  • Connect SWFL is a hybrid firm. For buyers who want a pure managed IT provider with deep infrastructure and cybersecurity documentation, the spread of service categories signals less depth in any one direction.
  • Ten Google reviews, no Clutch profile and no industry awards keep the Trust Score from separating from Greenwire.

How the tie between #4 and #5 was actually resolved

Greenwire and Connect SWFL both display 4.8/10. At full precision the research puts Connect SWFL fractionally ahead — 4.845 against Greenwire’s 4.810 — and then ranks Greenwire higher anyway, breaking the tie on Google review volume (47 against 10). Our published methodology does not define a tiebreak rule, so this is an editorial call rather than a scoring one, and we have kept the research’s presentation order rather than silently reversing it. Both providers genuinely score the same. If you are building a shortlist rather than picking a winner, treat them as level and choose on fit: Greenwire for cabling and infrastructure work, Connect SWFL if you want your website and phones handled by the same vendor.

Best For

Very small Fort Myers brokerages or solo agent offices that want both IT support and a web presence handled by one local vendor.

Not Ideal For

Mid-size or growing real estate firms needing a dedicated MSP with documented cybersecurity, compliance positioning, and a verifiable track record.

Why They Rank #5

The real estate vertical call-out earns Connect SWFL points on industry specialization, and the local presence is genuine. The hybrid business model and the thinner review base are what keep the overall score level with Greenwire rather than above it. For a two-agent office that also needs a website refreshed, the bundling is a legitimate reason to start here.

6
Veteran-Owned, Serving Fort Myers Since 2009
3.2
out of 10
Trust Score
UniVirtual Solutions veteran-owned managed IT services, ranked #6 for Fort Myers real estate with a Trust Score of 3.2/10, homepage

UniVirtual Solutions is a veteran-owned provider that has served Fort Myers businesses since 2009. Their focus areas include law firms, real estate businesses and cybersecurity, with a dedicated-engineer support model.

Key Strengths

  • Veteran-owned and family-operated, stated prominently on their own site — a meaningful distinction for buyers with values-alignment criteria in vendor selection.
  • 39 Google reviews at a clean 5.0, which the source research for this page did not find. See the correction below.
  • Listed on Cloudtango, confirming industry platform presence.
  • Operating since 2009 with a stated focus on real estate and law firm clients, and a model that assigns a dedicated engineer plus a named backup to each account.

Limitations

  • No Fort Myers street address. Their Google listing and business records give an Atlanta headquarters at 3343 Peachtree Rd NE, and the phone number in their own site header is a 678 Atlanta area code. Fort Myers is a served market with a dedicated landing page, not a confirmed local office.
  • No Clutch profile, so there are no verified phone-interview reviews behind the Google rating.
  • No confirmed industry awards found in research.

A correction to the source research on this provider — and why the score stands anyway

The research behind this page stated that UniVirtual had “no confirmed Google Maps listing” and that “no independently verifiable Google review data is available,” and scored their review factor at near zero on that basis. That is not correct. UniVirtual holds 39 Google reviews at 5.0 — the listing is simply registered in Atlanta rather than Fort Myers, so a Fort Myers-scoped search misses it. We have published the real figure above. We have not rewritten the score, because doing so would mean inventing a review sub-score against a conversion scale we do not publish, and it is why the six-factor grid is withheld on this page. Read their position here as understated on review evidence. Separately, the same check weakened their presence claim: the research recorded a confirmed Fort Myers base, and what we found was an Atlanta-registered headquarters with a Fort Myers service area. If local on-site response matters to you, ask them directly who covers Lee County and from where.

Best For

Small real estate or legal offices that prioritise a veteran-owned business, are comfortable with largely remote support, and will evaluate through direct conversation.

Not Ideal For

Firms that need a guaranteed local on-site response window, or buyers who require a provider headquartered in Lee County.

Why They Rank #6

The research placed UniVirtual last because it could not find any verifiable review record. That finding was wrong, and their real review base — 39 reviews at a perfect 5.0 — is stronger than four of the five providers above them. What genuinely does hold them back on a Fort Myers list is presence: the company is registered in Atlanta and serves this market remotely. Treat sixth place as a floor rather than a verdict, and weigh how much a local office is worth to you.

How to Choose an MSP for Your Fort Myers Real Estate Business

Property management companies handling tenant data, lease records and maintenance vendor access need compliance awareness more than raw tech horsepower. MET Florida’s government vendor registration and Microsoft Solutions Provider status put them front of list for that profile. Entech’s scale works too, especially across multiple properties in Lee and Collier Counties.

Title companies and mortgage brokers face a specific vulnerability: they handle wire transfer data, personal financial records and transaction documents. That is a target for business email compromise. JamKo directly names mortgage and title as served categories, suggesting familiarity with the client type. Entech is the stronger compliance backstop if your cyber insurance policy or vendor agreement requires documented security frameworks.

Small brokerages under 10 agents on a lean budget should look at Greenwire or Connect SWFL first. Price points will be more accessible, the relationship more personal, and neither firm is pushing a contract structure built for a 50-person company.

Check where the provider is actually registered. Five of these six have a confirmed Fort Myers street address. UniVirtual Solutions is registered in Atlanta and serves this market remotely, which their own phone number reflects. That is a legitimate model, but it is a different proposition when a printer jams during a closing. Ask any provider for their on-site response window in writing.

Ask how they handled a client during a hurricane. Southwest Florida has a real disaster recovery requirement that generic MSP questionnaires miss entirely. Every provider here is local enough to know what that means. Ask them to walk you through what actually happened, not what their runbook says.

Entech leads this market by a meaningful margin — 7.8/10 against MET Florida’s 6.7 and JamKo’s 5.5. The review volume, the MSP 501 global ranking and the 28-year operational history in Fort Myers combine into a credibility case no other Southwest Florida provider currently matches on the Trust Score model.

That said, Entech is a regional enterprise with 500+ clients. If your operation is small and you want a provider that knows your name without a ticket lookup, MET Florida’s local ownership and government-registered status make them the strongest alternative. For title or mortgage offices specifically, JamKo’s explicit category call-out is worth a direct conversation before you decide.

One honest caveat about the bottom of this list. Our source research recorded UniVirtual Solutions as having no verifiable reviews at all, and that turned out to be wrong — they have 39 at a perfect 5.0. Their sixth-place finish reflects a genuine gap in local presence, not a gap in client satisfaction. Where our research got a fact wrong, the correction is printed on the provider’s card rather than quietly fixed.

What Fort Myers Real Estate Buyers Want to Know

More than the Wi-Fi. A good MSP manages cloud file storage for transaction documents, the VoIP system so agents can work from anywhere, email security to block wire fraud attempts, and backup systems so a ransomware hit doesn’t wipe out years of client records. The day-to-day is helpdesk and monitoring. The value is in the problems that never reach you because they were caught first.
For most offices with five or more agents, the math works. Managed IT typically runs $100 to $250 per user per month in the Fort Myers market, covering monitoring, helpdesk, patching and security. Compare that to the cost of one wire fraud incident or one week of downtime during a closing push. The break-even point is usually one prevented incident per year. Treat that band as a budgeting range and ask each provider for a per-user quote against your actual headcount.
Ask them to name your primary risk vector in under 60 seconds. A provider that calls out business email compromise and explains how your transaction workflow creates exposure knows your industry. A provider that says “network monitoring and patch management” is reading their brochure. Generic answers to specific questions signal generic service.
Same-day resolution is the baseline expectation from any of the top three providers here. Critical issues — system down, VPN inaccessible, email outage — should get a response, not just a ticket acknowledgment, within one to two hours. If your current provider’s first response is a ticket number and a next-business-day callback window, that’s your answer.
For real estate, yes. Remote monitoring handles most of it, but on-site visits matter: a printer jammed during closing, a VoIP phone dead mid-call, a new agent workstation setup. Five of the six providers here have a confirmed Fort Myers street address. UniVirtual Solutions is the exception — registered in Atlanta, serving this market remotely. For anything time-sensitive, ask where the engineer is actually driving from.
Clutch verification requires a client to sit for a recorded phone interview with a third-party researcher, which takes about 30 minutes. In markets where MSPs compete on published credentials, providers push clients through that process. Southwest Florida runs on referrals instead. Only Entech has a Clutch profile on this list. Under our methodology the absence is not penalised — the weight moves to Google and Cloudtango — but it does mean five of these six are evaluated on Google alone, so reference calls matter more here.
