Best MSPs for Real Estate in New York (2026)

Kate Larsen, IT Research Analyst · Last updated: June 8, 2026 · No paid placements
Tabush Group ranks #1 among MSPs for real estate firms in New York with a Trust Score of 8.5/10, earned through a dedicated real estate vertical practice, the proprietary Boxtop Desktop-as-a-Service platform, and 25 years operating from Midtown Manhattan. WCA Technologies (8.4/10) follows with 37 years of NYC tenure and a Cloudtango MSP Select 2026 award, and eMazzanti Technologies (8.0/10) leads on review volume with 210+ verified Google reviews. Every provider was scored on six independently researched criteria. No provider paid for placement.

Quick Picks

  • Best Overall: Tabush Group
  • Best for Multi-Office Brokerages & Property Managers: Tabush Group (Boxtop DaaS)
  • Longest-Tenured Manhattan Partner: Bit by Bit Computer Consultants

  • Best High-Touch Local Service (Manhattan/Brooklyn): Setton Consulting
  • Best Formal Compliance (SOC 2 / ISO 27001): Sourcepass

Real estate in New York runs on a few non-negotiables. Deals close on tight clocks. Wire instructions move between brokers, escrow agents, and buyers in environments that are catnip for impersonation fraud. Property management teams need access to leases, building plans, and tenant records from a desk, a job site, or a phone in a co-op board meeting. And under the NY SHIELD Act and the NYDFS Cybersecurity Regulation (23 NYCRR Part 500), firms holding non-public information have documented security obligations they can’t paper over. So which MSPs actually understand that work pattern, and which ones are giving generic answers?

This list ranks the best MSPs for real estate firms in New York using the itreviews.co Trust Score methodology, the same six independently researched criteria applied identically to every firm. Seven providers. Six criteria. No provider paid for placement. This page is part of our national Best MSPs for Real Estate series, narrowed to the New York market.

How We Ranked These MSPs

Every provider was scored on six criteria, weighted, and ranked by total. No provider paid. No provider submitted their own data. The weights reflect what actually matters when a real estate firm selects an MSP: verified reviews (35%), industry awards (20%), years in business (15%), physical presence in NYC (10%), documented real estate specialization (10%), and service breadth (10%).

Trust Score Factors — Real Estate MSP Rankings

35%
Verified Client ReviewsClutch 15% (phone-verified interviews), Google 12%, Cloudtango 3%. A missing Clutch profile carries a structural penalty because absence signals a thinner credibility floor.
20%
Industry Awards & RecognitionChannel Futures MSP 501, CRN MSP 500, Inc. 5000, Cloudtango MSP Select. Tier 1 lists score higher than regional designations.
15%
Years in BusinessTriangulated against website, LinkedIn, and domain registration. Longevity in NYC managed IT is hard to fake.
10%
Physical PresenceVerified Manhattan or NYC-metro address, confirmed on Google Maps. A virtual office in Midtown scores nothing.
10%
Industry SpecializationDedicated real estate service pages, named compliance certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS), and real case studies.
10%
Service BreadthHelpdesk, monitoring, endpoint management, cybersecurity, cloud, backup and DR, vCIO. Premium adds like vCISO, co-managed IT, and 24/7 SOC raise scores.

The review score pulls from three platforms. Clutch verified interviews carry the most weight because they require real clients to complete phone interviews. Google adds volume. Cloudtango covers the IT-specific channel. Providers without a Clutch presence take a penalty, which matters for an industry that handles high-value transactions daily.

The Top 7 MSPs for Real Estate in New York

1
Real Estate-Native and Manhattan-Headquartered
8.5
out of 10
Trust Score
Tabush Group homepage - managed IT for real estate firms in New York

Tabush is the closest thing the NYC real estate IT market has to a native. Real estate isn’t a checkbox on a vertical page. It’s one of five core verticals the firm has built around for 25 years, sitting alongside law, construction, investment management, and broader professional services.

Key Strengths

  • 25 years operating from 148 West 37th Street, six floors up in the Garment District. Founded by Morris Tabush in 2000. The firm has never been anywhere else
  • Boxtop, Tabush’s proprietary Desktop-as-a-Service platform, was built for the work pattern of professional services firms. Real estate teams reach their full desktop, applications, and data from a closing room, a job site, or a phone at a co-op meeting, with 99.99% uptime per Tabush’s published SLA
  • Dedicated IT for real estate service page, not a bullet on a verticals list. It documents real estate-specific workflows around contract management, mobile workforce access, and encrypted data storage
  • Channel Futures MSP 501 ranking and CRN MSP 500 Pioneer 250 recognition for IT solutions targeted at SMBs
  • Boxtop case study: S.H. Hirth & Associates, an international merchant banking and advisory boutique that switched to Tabush after its previous MSP couldn’t keep up with mobile workforce demands

Limitations

  • No published Clutch reviews despite an active Clutch profile, so the verified third-party review signal is thinner than the firm’s tenure suggests. The Google profile (4.7/29) is solid but small relative to the firm’s footprint
  • Concentrated NYC focus is a fit limitation. A real estate firm with properties or offices across multiple states with on-site IT demands in each will find Tabush’s regional model less of a fit than a national operator

Best For

NYC and tri-state real estate firms with 10 to 250 employees that want a partner who knows the work pattern of brokers, property managers, and investment professionals.

Not Ideal For

National property management companies with on-site IT needs in markets outside the Northeast.

Why They Rank #1

Tabush wins on industry specialization in a way the methodology has to reward. A Manhattan HQ since 2000, a real estate vertical continuously developed for 25 years, and a proprietary cloud platform built for the work pattern of professional services firms is an unusual combination. The scoring model doesn’t care what’s marketed best. It cares about what’s documented and verifiable, and Tabush has the most defensible real estate signal on the list.

out of 10
Trust Score
WCA Technologies homepage - real estate IT services in New York

If a real estate firm asks how to find an MSP that’s been around long enough to know NYC’s business cycles, WCA is the short answer.

Key Strengths

  • Founded 1988. Headquartered at 1430 Broadway in Manhattan. Most of the firm’s original clients are still with WCA today, the kind of retention number most MSPs claim and few document
  • Cloudtango MSP Select USA 2026 recognition, awarded to MSPs evaluated on technical capability, customer satisfaction, and the strength of their cybersecurity, cloud, and managed services delivery
  • Founder and president Peter Fidler received the Channel Futures Lifetime Achievement Award in 2022. Tier 1 list appearances include MSP 501 (2021, 2022), Top 100 Vertical Market MSPs by ChannelE2E (2019, 2021), and Most Disruptive MSP (Channel Futures, 2022)
  • Dedicated real estate IT support practice, one of seven vertical pages. Other named verticals: education, financial services, law, manufacturing, not-for-profits, and performing arts

Limitations

  • No Clutch profile at all, which is unusual for a 37-year-old MSP. The Google profile is rated 5.0 but holds only 9 reviews, so the public verified-review surface is thinner than the award list would suggest
  • ~30 employees per public sources. WCA is built for SMB and mid-market real estate firms. Larger property management portfolios with multi-state operations will outgrow it

Best For

Manhattan-area real estate firms wanting an MSP whose own tenure matches the firm’s.

Not Ideal For

Large multi-state property management companies needing distributed on-site coverage.

Why They Rank #2

Three points behind Tabush, but the gap is mostly real estate concentration. The Cloudtango MSP Select 2026 award, the 37-year tenure, and the documented real estate vertical practice all carry. Tabush has built around five professional-services verticals where real estate is core. WCA has seven verticals where real estate is one of many. For this list specifically, depth of focus matters.

3
Highest Review Volume in the NYC Metro
8.0
out of 10
Trust Score
eMazzanti Technologies homepage - managed IT in the NYC metro

210 verified Google reviews. The volume of public customer feedback eMazzanti has accumulated isn’t matched by any other provider in the NYC metro IT market.

Key Strengths

  • 210 verified Google reviews at 4.9 stars. For context, that’s more than every other provider on this list combined. The signal density on customer satisfaction is real
  • Inc. 5000 inclusion eight consecutive years per the firm’s published recognition. Four-time Microsoft Partner of the Year. Clutch 1000 honoree
  • Founded 2001. ~$17M revenue. A 24-hour support model documented across published service materials
  • Real estate work documented through a Clutch case study where eMazzanti built a custom landlord/tenant management application for a real estate operator, replacing paper-based transaction handling

Limitations

  • Headquartered at 701 Grand Street in Hoboken, NJ. The Hudson River is operationally close to Manhattan, but the methodology applies a Physical Presence penalty for an HQ outside the five boroughs
  • Real estate isn’t a primary named vertical. The firm’s documented industries are retail, distribution, legal, manufacturing, government, education, municipalities, and nonprofit. Real estate is real but operational, not a vertical practice with dedicated documentation

Best For

Real estate firms in the NYC metro that prioritize a deep verified review history and a Microsoft-heavy stack.

Not Ideal For

Real estate firms specifically looking for industry-native compliance documentation or a real-estate-named vertical practice.

Why They Rank #3

Where eMazzanti picks up score: review volume of 210+ Google reviews at 4.9 stars, a real Inc. 5000 history, and four Microsoft Partner of the Year wins. Where it loses score: the Hoboken HQ and the absence of a dedicated real estate vertical practice. That’s the entire story of the gap to #1 and #2.

4
Bit by Bit Computer Consultants
38 Years and the Strongest Clutch Profile on the List
7.7
out of 10
Trust Score
Bit by Bit Computer Consultants homepage - managed IT in NYC

1987. Bit by Bit was building IT for NYC businesses before most of the buyers on this page were born.

Key Strengths

  • Founded 1987 in NYC. HQ at 115 West 29th Street, 12th floor, with additional offices in Arlington, TX and Newton, MA
  • Clutch profile holds 54 verified reviews at 4.9 stars, the strongest Clutch presence on this list. Verified Clutch reviews carry the highest weight in the methodology because they require client phone interviews, and Bit by Bit has accumulated that signal across decades
  • Industry coverage per Clutch includes legal, financial services, non-profit, education, manufacturing, engineering, and medical. Service mix runs about 50% managed IT, 25% cybersecurity, with custom software development, BI/big data consulting, and cloud SI rounding out the offering
  • Pricing minimum of $5,000+ per project at $150-$199/hr, putting them in the mid-market band for NYC-area MSPs

Limitations

  • No dedicated real estate vertical page. Real estate work happens, but it’s not documented at the same depth as legal or financial services. For a firm specifically buying around real estate expertise, that’s a real gap
  • Multi-city footprint (NY, TX, MA) is operationally useful but means NYC isn’t the firm’s exclusive focus

Best For

NYC and tri-state real estate firms valuing matched longevity and a heavy verified review history.

Not Ideal For

Real estate buyers specifically seeking a documented real estate vertical practice or proprietary platform.

Why They Rank #4

Strongest pure tenure-and-reviews combination on the page. What costs Bit by Bit the top spots is industry specialization. Tabush and WCA both have dedicated real estate vertical practices. Bit by Bit doesn’t.

5
Setton Consulting
Strongest Local Service Presence in Manhattan and Brooklyn
6.9
out of 10
Trust Score
Setton Consulting homepage - real estate IT in Manhattan and Brooklyn

86 Google reviews. 5.0 stars. For a Manhattan MSP of Setton’s size, that’s an unusual signal density.

Key Strengths

  • Manhattan HQ at 225 West 35th Street with additional Brooklyn office presence. Founded 2010, so 15 years of NYC tenure
  • Two dedicated real estate pages: a general Real Estate IT Services NYC page and a Manhattan-specific support page covering IoT sensors, predictive maintenance alerts, automated lease renewals, and wire fraud protections specific to real estate workflows
  • Service mix covers managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, Microsoft 365, VoIP, compliance support, and IT strategy. Documentation depth on the cybersecurity and compliance pages is above average for an MSP this size

Limitations

  • No Tier 1 industry award profile surfaced in public sources. Awards weight 20% of the model, and Setton doesn’t have the recognition base that Tabush, WCA, eMazzanti, or Bit by Bit have accumulated
  • Clutch profile exists but holds no published reviews. The strong Google profile carries most of the third-party review signal, and the methodology penalizes missing Clutch verification structurally

Best For

Small to mid-size NYC brokerages, property managers, and architecture firms wanting hands-on local service across Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Not Ideal For

Larger real estate operators needing an MSP with a deep industry award profile or national-scale operations.

Why They Rank #5

Strong on physical presence, real estate vertical documentation, and Google review depth. The award gap and absent Clutch verification cost them on weighted score. Setton’s real strength is hyperlocal service responsiveness, not breadth of third-party recognition.

6
M6iT Consulting
Microsoft-Heavy Stack With Strong Clutch Verification
6.8
out of 10
Trust Score
M6iT Consulting homepage - Microsoft-focused managed IT in NYC

M6iT runs a tight operation. The Clutch rating of 5.0 across 45 verified reviews is the highest pure rating on this list.

Key Strengths

  • Manhattan HQ at 330 West 38th Street, Suite 209. Founded 2011
  • Clutch profile shows 5.0/45 verified reviews. Google shows 5.0/56. Both review platforms align, which is a credibility signal in itself
  • Service mix per Clutch: managed IT (40%), cybersecurity (30%), cloud consulting and SI, IT staff augmentation, and IT strategy consulting. Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure specialization. Reviews repeatedly highlight cloud migration work for NYC clients
  • Industry experience per Clutch includes real estate alongside business services, advertising/marketing, education, arts and entertainment, hospitality, and consulting

Limitations

  • Real estate appears as a listed industry experience on the Clutch profile, not a dedicated vertical practice with its own service page or compliance framework. For a real estate buyer specifically, that’s a documentation gap
  • 14 years in business is solid but shorter than Tabush, WCA, Bit by Bit, and eMazzanti

Best For

Real estate firms with a Microsoft-centric stack and a preference for an MSP with the strongest verified review velocity on the list.

Not Ideal For

Real estate buyers specifically requiring a documented real estate vertical practice.

Why They Rank #6

Best review verification on the page. Clutch 5.0/45 plus Google 5.0/56 is the strongest combined review profile here. The lower ranking is driven by absent industry awards, no real estate vertical practice documentation, and middle-of-the-pack tenure. The review signal is exceptional. The other weighted factors are not.

7
Sourcepass
Formal Compliance Posture and Documented Real Estate Practice
5.7
out of 10
Trust Score
Sourcepass homepage - managed IT and real estate practice

Five years old. The youngest provider on the list, and the one with the most aggressive vertical documentation strategy. The trade-off shows up in the model.

Key Strengths

  • Dedicated construction and real estate vertical page with named case studies. Netter Real Estate (Long Island), Hearthway Housing, and TSCG (retail real estate advisory) are documented clients
  • SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications, both directly relevant to real estate firms handling regulated client data or operating under NYDFS Part 500. Few MSPs at any tier on this list have both certifications
  • 2026 CRN Tech Elite 250 recognition. National managed IT and cybersecurity service offering with a roll-up acquisition model
  • AI and RPA integration as part of the standard service offering, more documented than at most NYC MSPs

Limitations

  • Founded 2020. Five years of operating history. The methodology heavily penalizes tenure under five years and lightly penalizes the 5-9 year band
  • Headquartered in Melville, Long Island, not NYC proper. Service area covers NYC but on-site response logistics from Melville aren’t equivalent to a Manhattan-based MSP
  • Clutch profile exists but holds no published reviews. Google profile is 4.2/25, the lowest Google rating on this list

Best For

Larger real estate firms or property management operators specifically requiring SOC 2 / ISO 27001-grade compliance documentation.

Not Ideal For

SMB real estate firms wanting a long-tenured Manhattan partner with a thick verified review base.

Why They Rank #7

Most aggressive vertical documentation and the strongest formal compliance posture on the list. Both score well. The five-year tenure, Long Island HQ, missing Clutch reviews, and weakest Google rating combine to drop them on the model. The compliance and vertical positioning is differentiated. The model just doesn’t reward newness.

How to Choose an MSP for Your New York Real Estate Firm

Which factor matters most? Match the MSP’s documented strengths to the part of your operation that breaks the deal when it breaks. Everything else is secondary.

Budget signals. Tabush, WCA, Bit by Bit, and M6iT all target the SMB-through-mid-market band, with hourly rates clustering around $150-$200 and project minimums from $5,000 upward. eMazzanti scales lower at the SMB tier through to multinational. Sourcepass tends to land with larger operators given their formal compliance posture and acquisition-roll-up model.

Size and scale. A 10-person brokerage in SoHo doesn’t need the same MSP as a 200-employee property management firm handling 6,000 units. For the smaller end, Setton’s hyperlocal Manhattan/Brooklyn presence or M6iT’s tight Microsoft-centric stack are strong fits. For mid-market firms with 50-250 employees, Tabush and WCA carry the deepest operational maturity. For larger operators with formal compliance requirements, Sourcepass and eMazzanti are more natural fits.

Industry compliance. Real estate firms handling non-public information under NYDFS Part 500 (mortgage companies, real estate financing operations, licensed insurance agents) need documented compliance support. Tabush, Sourcepass, and Setton all document compliance frameworks explicitly. WCA and eMazzanti are capable but document less. Bit by Bit and M6iT serve real estate operationally but don’t lead with compliance framing.

Geography. Manhattan-based brokerages and property managers should weight Physical Presence heavily. Tabush, WCA, Setton, Bit by Bit, and M6iT all have Manhattan offices. eMazzanti is in Hoboken. Sourcepass is in Melville. For on-site response in the five boroughs, location matters more than the marketing language suggests.

Work pattern. Brokers and property managers move, and the IT environment has to move with them. Tabush’s Boxtop DaaS is the most explicitly mobile-workforce-built solution on the list. Other providers handle remote access well but don’t lead with a proprietary platform for it.

The Bottom Line

Tabush Group ranks #1 because the firm has built around real estate as a core vertical for 25 years from a Manhattan HQ, paired with a proprietary Boxtop DaaS platform purpose-built for mobile professional services workforces. WCA Technologies is the strongest alternative for firms wanting an MSP whose tenure matches their own. eMazzanti Technologies wins for buyers who weight verified review depth above almost everything else.

If your real estate firm runs primarily on Microsoft 365 with limited on-site IT, M6iT and Setton both deserve a look. If you’re a larger property management operator with formal compliance requirements, Sourcepass and eMazzanti are the more natural fits.

Rankings reflect the itreviews.co Trust Score methodology. No provider paid for placement. Every score is reproducible from the same six criteria applied identically.

What Real Estate Buyers Want to Know

Three things. First, data sensitivity. Real estate transactions handle wire instructions, beneficial ownership details, and non-public client financials. A generic MSP without documented compliance practice doesn’t protect that environment by default. Second, the work pattern. Brokers, agents, and property managers don’t work at desks, and the MSP has to support that without making it the firm’s problem. Third, the tooling. Industry-specific CRMs, transaction management platforms, e-signature workflows, and accounting integrations need an IT partner who understands the stack, not one who learns it on your time.
For real estate work that needs on-site response, no. The Hudson and Long Island Sound are operational boundaries even when the marketing language says otherwise. eMazzanti and Sourcepass are good firms. Their physical presence score in this methodology reflects geography accurately, not unfairly. If your office is in Tribeca and the MSP’s engineers need 90 minutes to get there in traffic, that’s a different relationship than one with engineers two avenues over.
It correlates. Not perfectly, but enough. An MSP that’s survived 25 to 38 years in the NYC market through three economic cycles and the post-2020 disruption has documented something newer firms haven’t yet. Tabush, WCA, Bit by Bit, and eMazzanti all clear the 20-year mark. That doesn’t make them the right fit for every firm. But for a 30-year-old brokerage or property management company that values matched longevity, the tenure signal is real.
Right. Wire fraud through email impersonation of escrow agents or brokers is one of the most active attack patterns in NYC real estate. Every provider on this list runs core cybersecurity (EDR/MDR, email filtering, DMARC enforcement). The differentiation is in the depth. Sourcepass, Tabush, and WCA document the deepest cybersecurity stacks with formal certifications. M6iT and Setton document strong cybersecurity practice without the same certification breadth. Ask any MSP you’re evaluating one baseline question: how do they handle real estate wire fraud impersonation? The answer reveals whether they’ve thought about your work pattern or are giving generic answers.
Most published SLAs cluster around 15-minute response for critical issues. The honest answer is that response speed varies more by individual provider scale than by published policy. A 30-person MSP serving 80 clients responds differently from a 200-person MSP serving 500. For small NYC real estate firms (10-50 employees), the smaller providers on this list (Setton, M6iT, Bit by Bit) often outperform larger MSPs on responsiveness because every client is a meaningful portion of their book. For larger real estate operators, Tabush, eMazzanti, and Sourcepass are built for that scale.
Usually, yes. Tabush specifically targets that combined work pattern. So does WCA. Bit by Bit and eMazzanti can support combined operations with stronger results on some sides than others. The question to ask any MSP is whether they’ve actually supported a firm with that exact structure before. “We could” is different from “we have.” Real estate operators with multiple business units under one roof should treat that question as a hard filter.
