Picking from the best MSPs in Mississippi is harder than it should be. Search for a statewide list and you’ll find firms headquartered in Dallas and Kansas sitting next to Jackson shops, and the directory tags say “Mississippi” even when a company only lists the state as a service area.
So we ran a Mississippi tag check first. A provider made this page only if we could confirm a Mississippi headquarters or a named Mississippi office. Seven did.
Then we scored them with our Trust Score methodology, the same one we use in every market. No provider can buy their way to the top of our rankings.
Geography drives this list. Five of the 7 providers sit in the Jackson metro area, one is in Hattiesburg, and one is in Tupelo, so if your office is on the Gulf Coast, in the Delta, or around Oxford and Starkville, none of them has a verified local office. DeSoto County gets one, through BCI’s Nesbit location.
How We Ranked Mississippi MSPs
Every provider gets scored on the same six factors. The weights never change.
Trust Score Factors — Mississippi MSP Rankings
No provider paid for placement. Read the full methodology →
Three rules shaped the results here. None of the 7 providers has verified Clutch reviews, so half the Clutch weight moves to Google and Cloudtango and the other half is lost, the same way for everyone. Awards that name no publisher don’t count. Awards granted by a vendor to its own partners count, but lightly, and recent recognition counts for more than old recognition.
One bias worth admitting is that the Trust Score rewards what a provider documents, which means a firm that publishes little about itself can score lower than it deserves. Ratings below are Google figures as of October 2026.
Mississippi MSP Comparison Table
| Provider | Trust Score | HQ | Key Strength | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fuse.Cloud | 7.17/10 | Jackson | 5.0 (33) | Voice, fiber internet, and managed IT under one roof |
| The Solutions Team | 6.33/10 | Flowood | 5.0 (106) | Healthcare focus and a flat-fee model |
| BCI | 6.11/10 | Ridgeland | 5.0 (85) | Four Mississippi offices and operating since 1993 |
| Computer Brilliance | 5.95/10 | Hattiesburg | 4.9 (25) | Month-to-month agreements and HIPAA-aware environments |
| C Spire Business | 5.80/10 | Ridgeland | 4.3 (14) | 10 straight years on CRN's Elite 150 through 2023 |
| Active DataComm | 5.50/10 | Tupelo | 4.9 (17) | In business since 2001 |
| EnvisionIT of MS | 5.36/10 | Flowood | 4.9 (65) | Security stack listed in detail |
What Counts as a Mississippi MSP on This List?
A managed service provider (MSP) runs a company’s IT on an ongoing contract. That usually covers help desk support, device and network monitoring, security, backups, and Microsoft 365 administration, billed as a recurring monthly fee instead of by the hour.
A provider counts as Mississippi-based here when it clears at least one of these checks.
- A headquarters address in Mississippi that matches the provider’s own site
- A Google Maps listing at a Mississippi address
- A named Mississippi office on the provider’s own site
Firms that failed all three didn’t make the page, whatever a directory tag said.
Which Mississippi MSP Fits Where You Are?
- Jackson metro (Jackson, Flowood, Ridgeland, Gluckstadt). Five providers are here. Start with Fuse.Cloud, then compare it against The Solutions Team and BCI.
- Hattiesburg. Computer Brilliance is headquartered here. BCI also lists a Hattiesburg office.
- Tupelo and North Mississippi. Active DataComm is the only provider headquartered in the north. BCI’s Nesbit office covers the Hernando area, and DeSoto County buyers can also check our Memphis ranking.
- Gulf Coast, Delta, Oxford, Starkville. No verified local office in this set. Fuse.Cloud lists Mississippi among 8 Southeast states it serves, and The Solutions Team says it supports clients in 41 states. Ask any of them how on-site visits work.
- Specialty healthcare, dental, or law firm. The Solutions Team, then Computer Brilliance.
- Phones, internet, and IT from one vendor. Fuse.Cloud, or C Spire if you already buy connectivity there.
- An in-house tech who needs backup. EnvisionIT of MS.
The 7 Best MSPs in Mississippi

This one wins on the numbers, and the numbers are specific. It’s the only provider here with a 2026 placement on a major industry ranking that we could confirm. Visit Fuse.Cloud.
Why it ranks first
Headquarters sit at 1510 North State Street in Jackson, and the company has been operating since 2006. It ranked #95 on the 2026 MSP 501, one of the industry lists we weight heavily.
Fuse.Cloud also says it ranked #54 in 2025. We couldn’t match that to the published list, so it didn’t count toward the score.
Google shows a 5.0 across 33 reviews. That’s a small count next to The Solutions Team’s 106.
Here’s how the 7.17 breaks down. Fuse.Cloud scores 7 on Awards, 9 on Years in Business, 8 on Physical Presence, 8 on Service Breadth, and 7.2 on reviews, then gives points back on Specialization at 3. The Solutions Team beats it on reviews, 7.5 against 7.2, and on Specialization, 6 against 3, but the Awards gap alone outweighs both.
What’s in the catalog
Beyond managed IT, the catalog is long.
- Managed IT services (Fuse.IT)
- Business VoIP (Fuse.Go)
- Business internet over fiber and LTE (Fuse.Internet)
- Cybersecurity services
- Structured cabling
- Physical security
- GPS fleet tracking
- AI-powered solutions
Its Clutch profile splits the work roughly 40% managed IT, 35% cybersecurity, 15% IT strategy consulting, and 10% other consulting, and lists a team of 10 to 49 people. Those are self-reported numbers. The profile has no client reviews yet.
Scale claims don’t line up. Clutch says Fuse.Cloud serves more than 2,000 customers across 40 states. Its own site lists 8 Southeast states as its coverage area, and we used the site’s list.
Industry focus is the thin spot. The site lists 15 verticals, from healthcare and legal to private equity and auto dealerships, but names no compliance frameworks and shows no documentation for any of them. A list that long reads like a generalist. That’s why Specialization scores 3 out of 10.
Head to head with The Solutions Team
On awards, years in business, and breadth, it beats The Solutions Team. You can buy your phones, your internet, and your IT from one vendor in Jackson.
But The Solutions Team has the deeper bench in one corner. It documents specialty healthcare and legal work. Fuse.Cloud doesn’t. If you run an oral surgery or dermatology practice, read the next entry before you decide.
One carrier program also shows up on its site, AT&T’s partner tier. That’s a vendor status, not an independent award, so it didn’t move the score.
Before signing, ask which of the 15 verticals it can show you client references for, and which of the 8 Southeast states get on-site support instead of remote-only service.
Best fit is a Jackson-area company that wants one contract for IT, voice, and connectivity and doesn’t need a vertical specialist.
Best For
Jackson-area firms that want IT, phones, and internet from one vendorNotable Limitation
No documented industry specialization or named compliance frameworks
Picture the buyers this firm was built for. Oral and maxillofacial surgery groups. Dermatology, ENT, OBGYN, orthopedic, and facial plastic surgery practices. Dental offices. Law firms. Visit The Solutions Team.
That’s the client list on its site, and no other provider here is as tightly focused. The Solutions Team scores 6 for Specialization, the highest of any provider on this list. Todd Gooden founded the company in 2007 and serves as CEO. The physical office is at 4294 Lakeland Drive in Flowood.
Its Google profile has 106 reviews at 5.0. That’s the highest review count on this list. We didn’t find a Clutch or Cloudtango profile.
Services run across managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud and disaster recovery, Device-as-a-Service, and business VoIP through TST Voice, and it describes its pricing as flat-fee without publishing a single rate on its site.
Now the soft spots. No named awards turned up, which keeps its Awards score at 2. The site points to healthcare compliance work, but we found no published HIPAA framework list or attestation, so ask for its documentation before you sign. And while it says it supports clients in 41 states, it has one Mississippi office.
Against Fuse.Cloud, it trails on breadth and awards. Against Computer Brilliance, it’s the one with a documented healthcare niche. If your practice sees patients, this is the shortlist’s first call.
Best For
Specialty healthcare, dental, and law firmsNotable Limitation
One Mississippi office and no named awards
BCI has been around since 1993. That’s the longest operating history on this list, and its office map is the widest. Visit BCI.
- Corporate headquarters at 442 Highland Colony Parkway in Ridgeland
- Mississippi offices in Gluckstadt, Hattiesburg, and Nesbit
- Out-of-state offices in Hershey, Pennsylvania and Little Rock, Arkansas
- More than 160 employees across 14 states, per its own site
- Services in managed IT, managed print, network security, dark web scanning, and managed connectivity
The company says about 600 of its nearly 1,200 customers are managed services clients. Mississippi is one of 14 states in its footprint, so a Jackson buyer shouldn’t assume the whole 160-person team works Mississippi accounts.
Awards moved BCI up the ranking. It won Fortinet’s Growth Partner of the Year in 2025 and the 2025 Sherweb Ambassador Award, and because both come from vendors it partners with, they earn a 3 on Awards, not a 6 or 7. Its “top 150 MSP” and “top 100 security firm” claims name no publisher, so they earn nothing.
Cloudtango shows a 4.5 rating on 3 reviews. Clutch has a profile with none.
BCI beats C Spire Business on reviews and track record, 7.02 against 5.14 on the review factor. C Spire wins on awards. The two even share a street, since C Spire’s Ridgeland office sits at 1018 Highland Colony Parkway.
The catch is specialization. BCI documents no vertical focus, which holds its Specialization score at 2.
Best For
Buyers who want a local office in more than one Mississippi cityNotable Limitation
Awards are vendor-granted and no industry specialization is documented
Hattiesburg gets one headquartered provider on this list, and it’s a solid one.
Jeremy and Shannon Graves started Computer Brilliance in 2007 and still run it, the company is woman-owned, and its pitch is “one partner for your whole stack” on month-to-month agreements. The office is at 6641 US-98, Suite 200 in Hattiesburg. The service list covers managed IT, 24×7 security monitoring through a SOC, Microsoft 365 and email security, networking, video surveillance, hosted VoIP, and repair.
Compliance language is where the entry needs care. The site talks about HIPAA-aware IT for clinics, FINRA and SOC 2 ready environments for financial firms, and PCI-segmented networks for retail. Those are descriptions, not certifications. It lists Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, and Proofpoint credentials and Security+ for its staff. The BBB A+ rating isn’t an award, so we didn’t score it as one.
Reviewers on Google give it 4.9 across 25 reviews. No Clutch or Cloudtango profile turned up.
It and The Solutions Team both started in 2007. One is built around South Mississippi’s general business market and the other around specialty medicine.
Best For
Hattiesburg-area small and mid-size businessesNotable Limitation
No named awards and no review profile beyond Google
C Spire is a telecom first. Managed IT is one division of a Ridgeland-based telecommunications and technology services company, and you should read the rest of this entry with that in mind.
The managed IT side lists voice and collaboration, hardware and software provisioning, cybersecurity (backup, recovery, and endpoint security), data center services, and connectivity, and it names Cisco, Dell, and Microsoft as partners. Its Ridgeland office is at 1018 Highland Colony Parkway, Suite 300.
The recognition is real, but dated. In March 2023 the company said it made CRN’s MSP 500 Elite 150 for the 10th straight year, but we couldn’t find a public confirmation for 2024, 2025, or 2026. A strong record that’s three years old earns a 6 on Awards, not a 7.
Reviews are the weak side. Google shows 4.3 across 14 reviews, the lowest rating on this list, and the sample is small.
Pick C Spire if you already buy connectivity from it and want IT on the same bill.
Best For
Companies bundling connectivity with managed ITNotable Limitation
Managed IT is one division of a telecom and Google reviews are few
Active DataComm has served Tupelo since 2001, and it’s the only provider headquartered in North Mississippi.
It’s part managed service provider, part computer shop, and the list runs from remote monitoring and cloud backup to hardware sales, repair, virus removal, printer support, and web development. That range pulls its Service Breadth down to 5, and the site names no industries or compliance frameworks.
EnvisionIT is the younger and narrower company, but it documents its security stack. Active DataComm covers more ground with less detail.
Its Google listing sits at 4.9 across 17 reviews. The site and the listing agree on 600 W Main Street, Suite C.
Best For
Tupelo and North Mississippi small businessesNotable Limitation
Repair-plus-MSP mix with no industries or frameworks listed
Already have someone in-house? This one’s for you.
EnvisionIT leads with co-managed IT, where its team works alongside your own technician, and it lists endpoint detection, email security, managed detection and response, and vulnerability scanning, plus Microsoft 365, outsourced help desk, and hourly support. The office is at 1 Lakeland Square, Suite A in Flowood, and Lee Tehan shows up throughout its client testimonials.
On Google it holds 4.9 across 65 reviews, a solid volume for a small firm. No named awards, Clutch profile, or Cloudtango listing turned up.
Mississippi filings show the company was formed in December 2019. One testimonial mentions almost a decade of work together, which we couldn’t tie to the registration, so we used 2019. That makes it the youngest company here.
Best For
Co-managed IT next to an in-house technicianNotable Limitation
Company formed in 2019 and no named awardsWhat Managed IT Costs in Mississippi
We didn’t find verified Mississippi pricing for any provider on this list, so we’re not printing a number. A per-user figure borrowed from another market would be a guess.
The Solutions Team calls its model flat-fee. Computer Brilliance advertises month-to-month agreements. Neither publishes rates. For national benchmarks, see our MSP pricing guide.
How to Choose a Mississippi MSP
Start with where your people work, then check the legal side.
Mississippi’s breach notification law, Miss. Code § 75-24-29, applies to any business that owns, licenses, or maintains personal information of Mississippi residents. It requires notice “without unreasonable delay” and exempts breaches that aren’t likely to cause harm. The Attorney General enforces it, and individuals can’t sue under it. We’re not lawyers, so run the details past yours.
If you handle patient data, the HHS Security Rule requires covered entities and their business associates to put administrative, physical, and technical safeguards around electronic health information. Our MSP compliance guide covers how the frameworks differ.
So the questions to put to each provider are practical.
- If your office is in the Jackson metro, compare Fuse.Cloud, The Solutions Team, and BCI first
- If you run a specialty clinic or law firm, ask The Solutions Team for its compliance documentation
- If you’re in Hattiesburg, compare Computer Brilliance and BCI’s local office
- If you’re in Tupelo, start with Active DataComm and ask BCI about Nesbit
- If you’re elsewhere in the state, get on-site response terms in writing from every provider
Questions Mississippi Buyers Ask Before Signing
The Bottom Line
Fuse.Cloud is first because it pairs a 2026 MSP 501 placement with the broadest catalog in the state set, though The Solutions Team is the better call for specialty healthcare and law firms. BCI has the widest Mississippi office map. C Spire’s recognition is dated. Anyone outside the Jackson metro should ask about on-site response first.
