MIS Solutions ranks as the top managed service provider in Georgia with an 8.3/10 Trust Score on the itreviews.co methodology, driven by 31 years of continuous operation, CRN MSP 500 and Channel Futures MSP 501 recognition, and a perfect 5.0 Google rating across 73 verified reviews. IntegriCom (#2, 7.6/10) is the strongest co-managed IT option in the state. Centerpoint IT (#3, 7.6/10) carries the largest verified review base of any Georgia MSP at 240 Google reviews. Every other “best MSPs in Georgia” page on the internet right now was written by an MSP trying to rank itself. Clutch runs a directory. Cortavo publishes two self-promotional guides that include their own company. Jumpfactor covers Atlanta only.

This page is different. itreviews.co doesn’t sell managed IT. We don’t consult. We don’t take referral fees. We evaluate providers using a fixed, published methodology and rank them on what they’ve demonstrated, documented, and earned. Every provider on this list was scored on the same six criteria. The highest score ranks first.

Georgia’s MSP market concentrates in metro Atlanta, which makes sense. Georgia Tech’s talent pipeline, a cluster of Fortune 500 headquarters, and a fintech corridor that processes a meaningful share of U.S. card transactions all sit within the I-285 loop. But the providers worth evaluating serve beyond the perimeter. Suwanee, Roswell, Alpharetta, and Valdosta all show up in this ranking because that’s where the offices actually are.

Review data was collected via automated research tools (Google Maps) and web search (Clutch, Cloudtango). Awards were verified against published lists from Channel Futures, CRN, Inc. Magazine, and Cloudtango. Founded years were triangulated across company websites, LinkedIn, and Georgia Corporations Division filings where available.

Which Model Fits?

Before picking a provider, it helps to know what you’re buying. Georgia MSPs sell managed IT under at least three different structures, and the right one depends on what you already have in-house.

Fully managed IT. The MSP is your IT department. They handle everything from helpdesk tickets to strategic planning. MIS Solutions, Leapfrog Services, and InterDev all sell this model. If you don’t have internal IT staff, or you have one IT person who’s drowning, this is the starting point.

Co-managed IT. You keep your internal team. The MSP fills the gaps, whether that’s 24/7 monitoring, cybersecurity, or overflow support during projects. IntegriCom and InterDev both offer this. Works when you have a capable IT lead who needs a deeper bench.

All-inclusive flat fee. One monthly per-user price that bundles hardware, helpdesk, cybersecurity, cloud, and connectivity. Cortavo is the only provider on this list running that model. The trade is simplicity for flexibility. You get everything in one number, but the hardware and stack are theirs, not yours.

Enterprise integration + managed services. Not traditional MSP. ivision operates as a consulting and managed services firm for mid-market and enterprise organizations. Different buyer, different contract, different conversation.

The 7 Best Managed Service Providers in Georgia

1
MIS Solutions
Suwanee, GA · Est. 1995

Trust Score
MIS Solutions managed IT services in Suwanee Georgia homepage

Suwanee, GA | Founded 1995 | 50+ employees | mis-solutions.com

Lliam and Jennifer Holmes started MIS Solutions in 1995 with a premise that hasn’t changed in 31 years: small businesses need a full IT department without hiring one. That’s not a remarkable pitch anymore. Everyone says it now. The difference is MIS Solutions has been doing it longer than any other provider on this list, and the evidence trail shows.

Why They Rank #1

No single factor carries the score. That’s actually what makes MIS Solutions the #1 pick. They don’t have the most Google reviews (Centerpoint IT does). They don’t have the biggest team (ivision does). They don’t have the longest tenure (InterDev does). What they have is the only Trust Score profile in this market with no critical gap anywhere.

Clutch gives them a 4.9 with 13 verified reviews. Google gives them a perfect 5.0 across 73. Cloudtango selected them for MSP Select in both 2024 and 2025. CRN put them on the MSP 500. Channel Futures put them on the MSP 501. They’ve won Best of Gwinnett 17 consecutive years.

That last one isn’t an industry award. It’s a local community vote. But 17 straight years of it tells you something about retention and reputation that a one-time national list appearance doesn’t.

Reviews consistently mention the same three themes: fast response times, proactive communication, and a willingness to explain decisions in plain language rather than jargon. One Clutch review from an HVAC company described MIS Solutions as a long-term partner that adjusted its approach over time rather than prescribing a one-size-fits-all stack. That kind of feedback shows up when a provider has been working with the same clients for years, not months.

Their documented verticals include healthcare, insurance agencies, CPA firms, and construction-adjacent trades, with compliance work spanning HIPAA and PCI. They don’t claim every industry. The ones they do claim have supporting documentation on the site.

The limitation is geographic concentration. MIS Solutions serves metro Atlanta and surrounding Georgia markets. If you operate across multiple states or need a national MSP, they’re not built for that. IntegriCom (#2) would be a closer fit for multi-site Georgia operations, and ivision (#4) is the pick for anything national.

Best For

SMBs in metro Atlanta and across Georgia that want a fully managed IT partner with 30+ years of stability and a review record that hasn’t slipped.

IntegriCom

IntegriCom IT support Suwanee Georgia homepage

Suwanee, GA (+ Atlanta and Gainesville offices) | Founded 2000 | 10-49 employees | integricom.net

IntegriCom made the 2026 Channel Futures MSP 501. Only a handful of Georgia-headquartered MSPs can say that in any given year. They said it on their homepage, and the data backs them up.

The company operates from three Georgia locations. Suwanee is HQ. Atlanta and Gainesville give them reach across the northern half of the state. A CISSP sits on their leadership team, which matters because it means cybersecurity decisions go through someone with a credential that requires continuing education, not just a vendor certification from a weekend course.

Where IntegriCom separates from MIS Solutions is co-managed IT. If you’ve already got an IT director or a small internal team, IntegriCom will work alongside them rather than replacing them. They handle the monitoring, the cybersecurity layer, and the overflow. Your team keeps ownership. That’s a different sale than what MIS Solutions offers, and for companies with 50-200 employees who’ve already invested in internal IT talent, it’s often the right one.

Google gives them a 4.9 across 75 reviews. No Clutch profile confirmed. No Cloudtango listing found. The missing Clutch presence costs them under the Trust Score methodology. Half the Clutch weight redistributes and the other half is lost, which is why the score sits at 7.6 rather than pushing past 8.

Their documented verticals include construction, healthcare, insurance agencies, and utility cooperatives, with PCI and HIPAA compliance consulting listed as distinct service lines rather than afterthoughts buried in a bullet list.

Best For

Georgia companies with an internal IT team that needs a co-managed partner, not a replacement.
3
Centerpoint IT
Roswell, GA · Est. 2002
7.6
out of 10
Trust Score
Centerpoint IT managed services Roswell Georgia homepage

Roswell, GA (+ Snellville) | Founded 2002 | 10-49 employees | centerpointit.com

Two hundred and forty Google reviews at a perfect 5.0. That number is doing real work here.

For context, the next closest provider on this list has 75. The one after that has 73. Centerpoint IT has more verified Google reviews than the bottom four providers on this list combined. That kind of volume, at that rating, across 24 years of operation, is a credibility signal that’s hard to manufacture.

Clutch backs it up with a 5.0 across 6 reviews. Fewer reviews there, but perfect scores on both platforms. Inc. 5000 recognition, Clutch Global Award Spring 2024, and an Atlanta’s Best designation in 2024 round out the award profile.

Centerpoint IT started in 2002 (per the Georgia Corporations Division filing for Centerpoint IT, Inc.) and works from Roswell, anchored in North Fulton. They’re a Microsoft Partner and AWS Partner. One angle that doesn’t get enough attention: Centerpoint is one of the few Georgia MSPs that bundles business telephony (they’re a top Allworx dealer in Atlanta) with managed IT. If your organization needs phones and IT under one contract, that narrows the field fast. MIS Solutions doesn’t lead with telephony. IntegriCom doesn’t list it as a primary offering.

The gap is industry specialization. Clutch reviews mention medical and consumer products clients, but the website doesn’t document vertical-specific compliance depth the way MIS Solutions or IntegriCom does. That keeps the Industry Specialization factor at a 5, which is the primary reason the overall score sits at 7.6 instead of climbing higher.

Best For

North Georgia and metro Atlanta SMBs that value review-verified reliability and want IT and business phones under one roof.

ivision
Atlanta, GA · Est. 2004
7.4
out of 10
Trust Score
ivision technology consulting Atlanta Georgia homepage

Atlanta, GA (The Battery) | Founded 2004 | 201-500 employees | ivision.com

Ten consecutive years on the CRN MSP 500 Elite 150. That’s not a typo and it’s not the Pioneer category. Elite 150 is reserved for providers with a blend of on-premises and cloud services serving mid-market and enterprise clients. No other Georgia-headquartered MSP has that streak.

ivision also carries Inc. 5000 recognition across multiple years, a Great Place to Work certification, and named enterprise clients including the Atlanta Braves, Verizon, King & Spalding, and Rollins. The Carve Systems acquisition in 2021 added dedicated cybersecurity depth. With 201-500 employees across offices in Atlanta, Pittsburgh, and Denver, and staff in 30+ states, this is a fundamentally different organization than the other six on this list.

So why #4?

Because the Trust Score weights reviews at 35%, and ivision has a 4.2 Google rating across 13 reviews. For a firm with 200+ employees and named Fortune 500 clients, that’s an unusually thin public review signal. It doesn’t mean the service is bad. Enterprise clients don’t leave Google reviews the way a 15-person accounting firm does. But the methodology scores what’s publicly verifiable, and the review factor pulls the score down from what would otherwise be a clear #1 on awards and operational maturity alone.

That’s the Trust Score doing what it’s designed to do. Awards tell you the industry recognizes the firm. Reviews tell you clients do. When one signal is strong and the other is weak, the weighted model reflects it.

Best For

Mid-market and enterprise organizations in Georgia that need a large engineering bench, consulting depth, and a firm with national reach. Not the right fit if you’re a 20-person SMB looking for helpdesk and monthly check-ins.
5
Cortavo
Atlanta, GA · Est. 2019
6.5

Trust Score
Cortavo managed IT Atlanta Georgia homepage

Atlanta, GA | Founded 2019 | 50-249 employees | cortavo.com

One flat monthly fee. Helpdesk, cybersecurity, cloud, connectivity, and hardware all included. That’s the pitch, and Cortavo is the only provider on this list running that model.

The distinction matters. Traditional per-user MSP pricing covers support and monitoring. Hardware is separate. Software licensing is separate. Cortavo bundles everything into what they call the “Turnkey IT Department.” They own the hardware lifecycle and can deploy fully configured equipment in as few as 5 days, per their published materials.

Google gives them a perfect 5.0 across 28 reviews. Cloudtango awarded them MSP Select 2026. The parent company, Aventis Systems, made Inc. 5000 at #1,745 globally and #70 in Georgia. Founder and CEO Hesam Lamei was named a Titan 100 CEO in Georgia.

Where it costs them: the Cortavo brand launched in 2019. Seven years of operating history. In a market where MIS Solutions has been running for 31 years and InterDev has been in business since 1980, that’s a meaningful gap on the years-in-business factor, which carries 15% of the total score. No confirmed MSP 501 or CRN MSP 500 appearance under the Cortavo brand either, though the Cloudtango MSP Select and Inc. 5000 recognitions partly offset.

Best For

Growing SMBs that want predictable, all-inclusive IT spending with no vendor juggling. Not ideal if you need deep vertical compliance work or want to own your hardware stack.
6
Leapfrog Services
Atlanta, GA · Est. 1998
6.1
out of 10
Trust Score
Leapfrog Services managed IT Atlanta Georgia homepage

Atlanta, GA | Founded 1998 | ~50 employees | leapfrogservices.com

Twenty-eight years in Atlanta. CEO Mary Anne Connell won the Atlanta Chamber Entrepreneur of the Year in 2002 and was named Most Admired CEO in the Tech Sector by the Atlanta Business Chronicle in 2014. Leapfrog positions itself as both an MSP and an MSSP, which is unusual at this size. They sell managed IT and managed security as a combined offering rather than bolting security on as an upsell.

Google gives them a 4.9 across 14 reviews. No Clutch profile confirmed. They’re listed on Cloudtango but haven’t earned the MSP Select designation.

The review volume is the limiting factor. Fourteen Google reviews across 28 years of operation suggests either a very small client base, a client base that skews larger (larger clients leave fewer public reviews), or a gap in review generation. The methodology doesn’t speculate on the reason. It scores what’s visible. And 14 reviews puts Leapfrog below every other provider on this list except ivision.

Best For

Mid-market Atlanta organizations that want MSP and MSSP capabilities from a single provider with nearly three decades of local tenure.
7
InterDev
Alpharetta, GA · Est. 1980
6.0
out of 10
Trust Score
InterDev IT services Alpharetta Georgia homepage

Alpharetta, GA (+ Schaumburg, IL) | Founded 1980 | 50-249 employees | interdev.com

Forty-six years. Gary Nichols founded InterDev in 1980. No other provider on this list was operating when Reagan took office.

The client list leans government and public safety. Named references include the City of Brookhaven, the City of Doraville, and Special Olympics Georgia. The service stack covers fully managed and co-managed IT, security, cloud, Microsoft 365, vCIO planning, and GIS services. That last one, GIS, is a niche you don’t see on most MSP menus. It’s a signal of the public-sector DNA.

Google gives them a 4.8 across 24 reviews. No Clutch profile. No Cloudtango listing. No confirmed industry awards from Channel Futures, CRN, or Inc. Magazine in search results.

That missing award layer is what keeps the score at 6.0. The Awards factor carries 20% of the total, and without a single confirmed third-party recognition, InterDev scores a 2 on that factor. Longevity alone (a perfect 10 on Years in Business) can’t overcome a gap that large.

Best For

Government agencies, municipalities, public safety organizations, and nonprofits in Georgia that need an MSP with decades of relevant sector experience.

What Managed IT Costs in Georgia

No provider on this list publishes full pricing on their website, which is standard for the MSP market. Cortavo comes closest with its all-inclusive per-user model, though specific dollar amounts require a consultation.

For Georgia SMBs evaluating managed IT, per-user pricing in metro Atlanta varies based on the services included, the number of users, and the compliance requirements of your industry. Basic helpdesk and monitoring sits at the lower end. Add cybersecurity, compliance, backup/DR, and vCIO advisory and the per-user cost climbs.

The most useful pricing question isn’t “what does an MSP cost per user?” It’s “what does an MSP cost compared to what you’re spending now on break-fix, hourly contractors, and the productivity lost during downtime?” That’s the comparison that changes the conversation.

The Bottom Line

MIS Solutions earns the #1 ranking in Georgia because nothing in their Trust Score profile falls below strong. Thirty-one years. Perfect Google rating. Both major industry award lists. Documented compliance work across multiple verticals. They’re not the flashiest pick. They’re the most consistent.

IntegriCom is the strongest alternative if you already have IT staff and want a co-managed partner, not a replacement. The 2026 MSP 501 appearance and CISSP leadership give them credibility that most sub-50-person MSPs in Georgia can’t match.

If review volume is your deciding factor, Centerpoint IT’s 240 verified Google reviews at a perfect 5.0 is a data point no one else in this state can touch.

What Georgia MSPs Ask About (and What They Should)

Depends on your response time expectations. A Georgia-headquartered MSP with engineers in your metro can dispatch on-site support the same day. A national provider with no Georgia staff can handle remote monitoring and helpdesk just fine, but if a server goes down and someone needs to physically touch it, you’re waiting. Every provider on this list except ivision operates primarily within Georgia. ivision has 30+ state coverage, which makes them the closest thing to a national option with a Georgia HQ.
Fully managed means the MSP is your IT department. They own everything. Co-managed means you keep your internal team and the MSP handles specific functions, usually monitoring, cybersecurity, or overflow support. IntegriCom and InterDev both offer co-managed engagements. The right choice depends on whether you already have IT staff you want to keep.
30 to 90 days is standard across the industry. The variable is complexity. A 15-person office with cloud-native apps can be fully onboarded in weeks. A 200-person company with on-premises servers, legacy applications, and compliance requirements will take longer. Ask specifically what the first 30 days look like before signing.
That depends entirely on your industry. Healthcare organizations need a provider with documented HIPAA compliance processes. Financial services firms need PCI DSS and potentially SOC 2. Defense contractors need CMMC readiness. Don’t accept “we support HIPAA” as an answer. Ask for the documentation, the named compliance officer, and the audit history. IntegriCom has a CISSP on their leadership team. MIS Solutions documents HIPAA and PCI processes on their site. If a provider can’t show you the work, they’re probably not doing it.
Every provider on this list is headquartered in metro Atlanta or the immediate suburbs. That reflects the market reality. Georgia’s MSP density concentrates along the I-85/I-285 corridor. For businesses in Savannah, Augusta, Macon, or Columbus, the options thin out. Some of these Atlanta-based providers serve clients statewide, but ask specifically whether they have engineers who can reach your location same-day. If they can’t, you’re buying remote support with occasional travel, and you should price it accordingly.
