Why Hospitality IT in Savannah Isn’t Optional Anymore

Savannah’s hospitality sector isn’t slowing down. The city welcomed 12.9 million visitors in 2024, generating $4.1 billion in visitor spending, and the tourism economy supported roughly 40,780 jobs in 2025. A $276 million convention center expansion now positions the city for larger group business alongside its traditional leisure draw. Those numbers aren’t abstract. They translate to thousands of POS terminals, property management systems that can’t hiccup at check-in, and guest Wi-Fi networks where a five-minute outage becomes a one-star review.

That growth creates IT problems most generic MSPs aren’t equipped for. Hotels run property management systems that can’t go down at 2 a.m. during a sold-out weekend. Restaurants process hundreds of PCI-regulated card swipes per shift. Network segmentation between guest devices and staff terminals isn’t a nice-to-have — it’s a PCI requirement. The IT partner a hospitality business needs isn’t just “good at managed services.” They need to understand PMS uptime, POS integration, and the reality of 24/7/365 operations where business hours don’t exist.

This list evaluates Savannah MSPs specifically for that fit. If you’re comparing across other industries, see our full Best MSPs in Savannah list, or the national Best MSPs for Hospitality ranking.

How We Ranked These Providers

Rankings use itreviews.co’s Trust Score: six independently researched criteria applied the same way to every provider, weighted by what matters most when choosing a managed IT partner. No provider paid for placement, and no provider submitted their own data. The highest score ranks first.

Trust Score Factors — Savannah Hospitality MSP Rankings

35%
ReviewsPulled from three platforms: Clutch (verified phone interviews with real clients), Google Business Profile (rating and volume), and Cloudtango (IT-specific). Volume uses logarithmic scaling, so a provider serving fewer, larger clients isn’t automatically penalized. Ratings and volume are scored together.
20%
Industry Awards & RecognitionVerified appearances on lists like the Channel Futures MSP 501, CRN MSP 500, Inc. 5000, and Cloudtango MSP Select. Self-described “award-winning” without a named, verifiable source doesn’t count.
15%
Years in BusinessTriangulated across company website, LinkedIn, and domain registration. Longer operation signals stability and sustained client retention.
10%
Physical PresenceChecks for a verified office location, Google Maps status, and whether the provider has actual local engineers in Savannah or just claims the market from out of state.
10%
Industry SpecializationDedicated vertical service pages, named compliance certifications (HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOC 2, CMMC), case studies, and documented methodology. Hospitality-specific documentation weighs heavily here.
10%
Service BreadthThe full-service MSP stack (helpdesk, monitoring, cybersecurity, cloud, BDR, vCIO) versus partial offerings. Breadth without documented depth doesn’t score well.

Infinity Inc managed IT services Savannah GA homepage

Infinity doesn’t have a hospitality-specific landing page — worth calling out upfront. What they do have is something harder to manufacture: 25 years of continuous operation in Savannah, a verified Google review profile that dwarfs every other MSP in the metro, and a client base spanning law firms, construction companies, nonprofits, and healthcare practices that all need the same thing hospitality operators need. Uptime. Fast response. Someone who picks up the phone at 2 a.m.

Key Strengths

  • Google rating of 4.9 with approximately 304 reviews — the largest verified review volume of any Savannah MSP by a wide margin. Sustained ratings at that volume don’t happen by accident.
  • Founded in 1999 by brothers Chuck and David Brown, both born and raised in Savannah. This isn’t a satellite office. It’s their home market and always has been.
  • 24/7/365 support with live phone answering. Multiple client testimonials reference “dead in the water” situations resolved before the business day started, and the City of Tybee Island praised their response after outsourcing IT support.
  • vCIO services for strategic IT planning — useful for a hotel group or restaurant portfolio scaling from two locations to five, where that planning layer matters.
  • Savannah Chamber member with documented community involvement. The founding brothers are active in local networking events and fundraising.

Limitations

  • No dedicated hospitality or tourism IT page. Buyers in the hotel or restaurant space won’t find PMS-specific language, PCI documentation, or guest Wi-Fi architecture on their site. If you need a provider who already speaks Oracle Hospitality or Cloudbeds, that signal isn’t visible here.
  • Primarily focused on 10–200 user businesses. A large resort with 500+ endpoints and a complex multi-property PMS may need a provider with more documented scale.

Best For

Savannah-based hospitality businesses (boutique hotels, restaurant groups, tourism attractions) that prioritize a deeply local provider with a proven support track record over hospitality-specific marketing pages.

Not Ideal For

Multi-property hotel groups needing documented PMS integration experience or properties requiring pre-built hospitality onboarding playbooks.

Why They Rank #1

The Trust Score measures what’s demonstrable, not what’s claimed. Infinity’s review data, physical presence, and operational maturity create a credibility floor no other Savannah MSP matches. The hospitality-specific gap is real, and buyers should ask pointed questions about POS and PMS experience during discovery. But the foundational infrastructure that makes a hotel or restaurant actually run — the networking, the cybersecurity, the disaster recovery, the call at 2 a.m.? Infinity has 25 years of receipts on that.

Dynamic Quest hospitality IT services Savannah homepage

Dynamic Quest is the only provider on this list with a dedicated hospitality IT services page covering PMS integration, POS support, PCI DSS compliance, guest Wi-Fi segmentation, and 24/7/365 SLAs calibrated to hotel and restaurant realities. That’s not a bullet in a list. That’s a practice.

Key Strengths

  • Dedicated hospitality IT page documenting PMS support, POS systems, guest Wi-Fi management, PCI compliance, and SLAs built for properties that never close.
  • 100+ accredited engineers across offices in Greensboro NC, Savannah, Macon, Wayne PA, Jacksonville, and Birmingham. Scale means bench depth when your night auditor calls at 11 p.m. with a PMS lockout.
  • Kaseya Partner Excellence Award at the 2025 MSP Titans of the Industry Awards. Verified Tier 2 recognition.
  • MDR, penetration testing, security awareness training, and compliance support. For hospitality properties processing hundreds of card transactions daily, that layered security stack isn’t optional.

Limitations

  • Multi-city operation headquartered in Greensboro, NC. Savannah is one of several markets, meaning leadership, culture, and primary client relationships are rooted elsewhere. Some Glassdoor reviews flag inconsistencies in service quality across locations.
  • Google review profile shows approximately 4.6 stars with 23 reviews, lower volume than purely local competitors. Multi-office MSPs often split review presence across locations, which dilutes any single listing.

Best For

Hotels, resorts, and restaurant groups that need a provider with documented hospitality IT experience, PMS/POS integration capability, and a 24/7/365 support model built for properties that can’t wait until Monday morning.

Not Ideal For

Small single-location businesses wanting a purely local, owner-operated partner with all resources concentrated in Savannah.

Why They Rank #2

Dynamic Quest is the only provider here that has built hospitality IT as a documented, named vertical with specific language around PMS, POS, PCI, and guest network segmentation. That specialization, combined with award recognition and a 100+ engineer bench, earns a strong position even though the physical footprint in Savannah is secondary to the North Carolina headquarters.

Athens Micro hospitality IT solutions Savannah homepage

Athens Micro has been operating since 1983. Four decades. Their hospitality IT page isn’t filler either: property management systems, reservation platforms, guest engagement tools, cloud services, Wi-Fi network optimization, and cybersecurity for hotel and restaurant operations. All documented.

Key Strengths

  • Dedicated hospitality IT solutions page covering PMS, booking platforms, guest Wi-Fi, cloud migration, and cybersecurity. Client testimonials reference a “proactive approach” and “peace of mind” from businesses like BHA Consulting.
  • 600+ clients across northeast Georgia and the Savannah coastal region. That density across 43 years signals retention, not churn.
  • Savannah office at 100 Bull St in the historic district, confirmed via Yelp and directory listings. Local engineers available, not remote-only coverage.
  • Flat monthly fee model for managed IT. Hospitality operators dealing with seasonal revenue swings need predictable costs. This delivers that.

Limitations

  • Headquarters in Athens, GA, roughly 4.5 hours from Savannah. The Savannah office exists, but the center of gravity is upcountry. Escalations and strategic planning conversations may default to Athens.
  • No confirmed Clutch profile with published reviews, and Cloudtango presence is unconfirmed. Limited independently verified review signals available for scoring.

Best For

Hospitality businesses that want a provider with explicit PMS and booking platform experience, a long track record, and an established Georgia presence with a local Savannah office.

Not Ideal For

Buyers who want a Savannah-headquartered provider where the CEO, support leadership, and primary engineering team are all in the same city.

Why They Rank #3

The combination of hospitality-specific documentation and 43 years of operational maturity is the story. The Athens headquarters is a real tradeoff for Savannah buyers who prioritize having their provider’s center of operations nearby. But a dedicated hospitality page, a Savannah office, and four decades of continuous service delivery in Georgia make Athens Micro a credible choice for hotel and restaurant IT.

Speros business technology services Savannah GA homepage

Speros has been in Savannah since 1984 — one of the longest-operating technology companies in the Coastal Empire, period.

Key Strengths

  • 42 years of continuous operation in Savannah with addresses across Chatham County. This isn’t a company that showed up when managed services became trendy.
  • Google rating of 4.8 with approximately 39 reviews. Solid for a provider their size and tenure.
  • Full technology portfolio beyond typical MSP services: VoIP phone systems, surveillance cameras, structured cabling, audiovisual solutions, and web design. For a hotel or restaurant that wants one vendor for phones, cameras, IT, and cabling, that’s real consolidation value.
  • Client testimonials from medical practices, schools (Benedictine Military School), law firms, engineering firms, and plumbing companies. Broad, not niche — but it shows consistency across demanding client types.

Limitations

  • No dedicated industry vertical pages for hospitality, healthcare, or any sector. Speros is a generalist by positioning, and documented PCI compliance methodology or PMS integration experience isn’t on the website.
  • The portfolio’s breadth (phones, cameras, AV, web design, IT) could signal managed IT is one service line among many. Buyers should ask how the MSP practice is staffed relative to the telecom and AV sides.

Best For

Established Savannah businesses (hotels, restaurants, event venues) wanting a single local vendor for phones, surveillance, cabling, and managed IT rather than juggling multiple technology relationships.

Not Ideal For

Hospitality operators who need documented POS, PMS, or PCI DSS expertise visible on the provider’s website before engaging.

Why They Rank #4

Speros’ score is built almost entirely on longevity and local presence. Forty-two years in one market is a credibility statement that can’t be bought. The lack of documented vertical specialization keeps them behind providers with dedicated hospitality pages, but for a Savannah hotelier who values a local relationship and a single-vendor technology stack, the conversation is worth having.

Complete managed IT services Savannah GA homepage

Complete (complete.net) supports over 10,000 endpoints across 160+ companies and offers something almost no other MSP on this list does: a 90-day opt-out clause with a full refund of onboarding fees if the relationship isn’t working.

Key Strengths

  • Managed SIEM and SOC services. That’s premium-tier security most Savannah MSPs don’t offer. For a hotel handling hundreds of daily payment card transactions, SOC-level monitoring is a real differentiator.
  • CMMC, HIPAA, and FFIEC compliance support. Hospitality properties near Hunter Army Airfield or Fort Stewart handling government group business may need CMMC-adjacent compliance.
  • 27-minute average response time documented for helpdesk, 24/7/365 availability, and a 97.2% customer satisfaction score, per published company data.
  • The 90-day opt-out with full refund is structurally rare. Most MSPs lock you into 12- or 36-month terms.

Limitations

  • Public review data on Google and Clutch is not readily available for the Savannah office specifically. The 160-company claim is significant, but the public verification trail is thin.
  • Founding year is not prominently published, making longevity signals unclear.
  • Hospitality is mentioned as a served industry but lacks a dedicated page with the same depth as Dynamic Quest or Athens Micro.

Best For

Compliance-driven hospitality operators (hotel groups near military installations, convention center vendors, properties handling sensitive group business data) needing SOC/SIEM-level security and documented compliance frameworks.

Not Ideal For

Budget-conscious single-property operators looking for a lean managed IT engagement without compliance overhead.

Why They Rank #5

Complete’s service breadth is among the strongest on this list — SIEM/SOC and multi-framework compliance most local MSPs can’t match. The review data gap holds them back. If verified review signals catch up to the service documentation, this score moves meaningfully.

COMNEXIA managed IT services Georgia homepage

COMNEXIA has been operating since 1991 and claims over 2,000 clients across Georgia. One of the few providers on this list that explicitly names hospitality and tourism as a served vertical in published content.

Key Strengths

  • Hospitality and tourism explicitly listed alongside automotive, healthcare, manufacturing, and logistics. Published content references “late-night hospitality operations” and industry-specific challenges.
  • 35 years of operation and 2,000+ clients across Georgia. Scale and longevity signals are strong.
  • Automotive dealership IT specialization (FTC Safeguards, DMS systems) shows the compliance-driven, industry-specific work that translates to hospitality’s PCI requirements.
  • Savannah-specific content pages for help desk, network support, consulting, and managed services pricing, indicating active market investment.

Limitations

  • Headquartered in Roswell, GA (roughly 4 hours from Savannah), with no confirmed Savannah office. On-site support requires travel from the Atlanta metro, limiting same-day response for physical issues.
  • No verifiable Google or Clutch review data found. For a 35-year company with 2,000+ claimed clients, the absence of a public review trail is a notable gap.

Best For

Savannah hospitality businesses comfortable with a Georgia-based remote MSP that has multi-industry compliance experience and explicitly positions for hospitality clients.

Not Ideal For

Hotels or restaurants needing same-day on-site engineering support without relying on remote resolution first.

Why They Rank #6

COMNEXIA’s longevity, client count, and hospitality positioning are all genuine signals. Physical distance from Savannah and absent publicly verifiable reviews prevent a higher placement under the Trust Score model.

Landon Technologies managed IT services Savannah GA homepage

Landon Technologies has provided IT support since 2005 and maintains a Savannah-specific service page covering Chatham County, Pooler, Garden City, and the surrounding Coastal Georgia region.

Key Strengths

  • Security-first approach. EDR, MFA, email security, and security awareness training are baked into the standard managed IT offering rather than sold as add-ons.
  • HIPAA support documented for healthcare clients — a compliance framework that shares significant overlap with the data-handling requirements hospitality businesses face.
  • Flat monthly pricing model with predictable costs. Well suited for seasonal hospitality businesses managing cash flow around occupancy swings.
  • Cloudtango-listed MSP with a documented profile.

Limitations

  • Headquartered in Atlanta and Jacksonville per LinkedIn, with Savannah as a service area rather than an office location. On-site service is mentioned across Chatham County, but primary operations are elsewhere.
  • No published Google or Clutch review data found. For a 21-year company, the public trust-signal trail is limited.
  • Hospitality appears in FAQ and industry lists but lacks a dedicated page or documented PMS/POS experience.

Best For

Cost-conscious Savannah SMBs in hospitality needing a security-focused managed IT partner at predictable pricing without enterprise-level overhead.

Not Ideal For

Multi-property hotel groups needing deep on-the-ground Savannah presence or documented hospitality technology stack experience.

Why They Rank #7

Landon’s security-first positioning and predictable pricing model are genuine advantages for small hospitality businesses. Physical presence and review data limitations are the constraints that keep this score where it is.

How to Choose a Managed IT Provider for Hospitality in Savannah

Start with one question: does the provider understand that your business doesn’t close? Hotels operate 24/7/365. Restaurants handle PCI-regulated transactions during every service. Tourist attractions process tickets, manage Wi-Fi for thousands of visitors, and run point-of-sale systems where hardware takes a beating. Any MSP can say “24/7 support.” Fewer can prove they’ve built their model around businesses that actually need it at 11 p.m. on a Saturday.

If you run a hotel or resort: Ask about PMS support for whatever platform you use (Opera, Cloudbeds, Mews, or otherwise). Ask about guest/staff network segmentation, PCI DSS compliance for your payment terminals, and how they handle backup and disaster recovery for a property that can’t afford downtime during peak season. Dynamic Quest and Athens Micro have the most documented answers; Infinity has the local trust foundation.

If you run a restaurant group: POS system support is the centerpiece. Ask how the provider handles POS outages during service, their experience with Square, Toast, Clover, or your specific platform, and network redundancy for payment processing. Speros’ surveillance and phone system expertise adds value if you want a single-vendor tech stack.

If you’re a tourism attraction or event venue: Scale and seasonal demand spikes are your IT challenge. You need a provider who can scale endpoint support during high season (April through June in Savannah, per Visit Savannah data) and dial back during slower months without contractual penalties. Complete’s 90-day opt-out clause is worth examining here.

If compliance drives your decision: Properties near Hunter Army Airfield or Fort Stewart that handle government group business may need CMMC-adjacent compliance. Complete offers documented CMMC, HIPAA, and FFIEC frameworks, and COMNEXIA’s automotive compliance work (FTC Safeguards) translates to similar regulatory discipline.

The Bottom Line

Infinity, Inc. earns the top position for hospitality and tourism IT in Savannah because no other provider in this market matches their combination of verified reviews, local presence, and 25-year operational track record. That said, Infinity doesn’t market hospitality as a vertical, and that gap matters for some buyers.

If PMS integration, POS support, and documented PCI compliance are table stakes for your business, Dynamic Quest (#2) has the clearest hospitality-specific positioning. Athens Micro (#3) offers a similar hospitality vertical plus 43 years of Georgia IT experience, with the tradeoff of an Athens headquarters. Speros (#4) is the choice for established Savannah businesses wanting one local vendor for phones, cameras, cabling, and IT.

Every provider on this list was independently researched and scored using the same criteria. No one paid for placement. Browse all IT providers in Savannah to compare scores side by side, or read how we score every provider before you commit.

What Hospitality Buyers in Savannah Want to Know

Scale and bench depth. A single IT hire covers one skill set, takes vacation, gets sick, and can only be in one place. An MSP gives you a team of engineers, 24/7 monitoring, and access to specialists in cybersecurity, cloud, networking, and compliance without carrying five salaries. For a hotel running a PMS, payment systems, guest Wi-Fi, and back-office operations at the same time, that bench matters most at 2 a.m. when things break.
$100 to $250 per user per month is the typical range for full-service managed IT in this market. Where you land depends on endpoint count, compliance requirements (PCI DSS adds cost), whether you need 24/7 versus business-hours support, and PMS/POS integration complexity. Hospitality businesses typically skew higher than a standard office because of the always-on support requirement and PCI scope.
Not overkill. Hospitality is consistently among the most targeted verticals in cybersecurity incident reports because hotels collect payment card data at scale, operate around the clock with limited overnight IT coverage, and often run older PMS infrastructure that doesn’t get patched frequently enough. A 20-room boutique property processing 50 card transactions a day carries the same PCI exposure as a 200-room full-service hotel. Risk doesn’t scale with room count. It scales with data.
Look at the website. A provider listing hospitality in a bullet alongside 15 other industries is a generalist claiming the market. A provider with a dedicated page covering PMS support, POS integration, guest/staff network segmentation, PCI compliance methodology, and 24/7 SLAs built for properties that never close has built a practice around it. On this list, Dynamic Quest and Athens Micro have that depth. Most others are generalists with hospitality clients.
Usually not without a termination fee. That’s why Complete’s 90-day opt-out clause with full refund of onboarding fees is structurally rare and worth noting. Most MSP contracts run 12 to 36 months with early termination penalties. Ask about exit terms before signing, and ask what happens to your data, credentials, and documentation if you leave. A good MSP has a documented offboarding process. A bad one holds your admin passwords hostage.
