Best MSPs for the Hospitality Industry (2026)

Kate Larsen, IT Research Analyst · Last updated: June 15, 2026 · No paid placements
Ntiva ranks #1 among MSPs for the hospitality industry with an 8.3/10 Trust Score, backed by four CRN Triple Crown awards, a 4.9 Clutch rating across 18 reviews, and 22 years operating. LEFCON (6.4/10) leads on hospitality-only credentials; CMIT Solutions (5.7/10) wins on 300+ franchise locations.

Corporate Technologies (6.3/10) carries the longest operating tenure on this list at 45 years, and M7 Services (4.3/10) is the largest hospitality-exclusive MSP by endpoint count with 15,000+ endpoints under management. Every score reflects the itreviews.co Trust Score methodology applied identically. No provider paid for placement.

Quick Picks

  • Best Overall: Ntiva
  • Best for Enterprise Hotel Chains: LEFCON
  • Best for Multi-Property Franchise Compliance: CMIT Solutions
  • Best for Hospitality-Only Support: M7 Services

Hotels, resorts, and restaurant groups don’t run on the same IT stack as a law firm or an accounting practice. You’ve got PMS platforms talking to POS systems talking to guest Wi-Fi networks, all sitting on infrastructure that can’t go down during check-in rush. A reservation system failure at 6 PM on a Friday isn’t a ticket. It’s lost revenue.

That’s why picking an MSP with real hospitality experience matters more than most buyers realize. The providers on this list were evaluated the same way we evaluate every MSP on itreviews.co, using six weighted criteria covering verified reviews, industry awards, years in business, physical presence, vertical specialization, and service breadth. No provider paid for placement. No provider submitted their own data. The Trust Score methodology determines rank.

One thing worth knowing about this particular vertical. The most hospitality-specialized MSPs on this list serve enterprise hotel chains, not local SMBs. Their clients are Marriott management companies and Hilton ownership groups. That business model doesn’t generate the kind of Google or Clutch review volume that a mid-market MSP serving 200-person offices does. The scoring reflects this reality honestly. Providers with the deepest hospitality expertise sometimes score lower on review signals than multi-vertical MSPs with broader client bases.

How We Ranked These Hospitality MSPs

Every provider on this list was scored using the same six-factor Trust Score, weighted identically and applied without exception. Review counts are scaled logarithmically — the jump from zero to ten reviews matters more than fifty to one hundred. Clutch reviews carry significant weight because phone-verified client interviews are the hardest signal to fake.

Trust Score Factors — Hospitality MSP Rankings

35%
Verified ReviewsClutch, Google, and Cloudtango, weighted by rating quality and review volume. Zero Clutch reviews triggers a penalty.
20%
Industry AwardsIndustry awards and third-party recognition such as Channel Futures MSP 501, CRN, and Inc. 5000. Self-proclaimed “award-winning” doesn’t count.
15%
Years in BusinessLongevity as a proxy for operational stability.
10%
Physical PresenceConfirmed U.S. offices, on-the-ground engineering capacity in key hospitality corridors, and a verified Google Maps listing.
10%
Industry SpecializationDocumented hospitality vertical expertise — dedicated industry pages, named PMS/POS integrations, Marriott/Hyatt/Hilton brand compliance, PCI DSS compliance documentation, and published case studies with hotel groups. A “we serve hospitality” bullet doesn’t count.
10%
Service BreadthFull managed IT stack with documented premium services.

One thing worth noting for this particular list. Review data across hospitality-focused MSPs is thinner than you’d expect. Several strong providers have few or zero public reviews on Clutch and Google. That’s partly a function of the market. Enterprise hospitality clients (hotel management companies, ownership groups, Fortune 100 brands) don’t typically leave reviews on consumer platforms. The Trust Score accounts for this with logarithmic volume scaling, but it still shows up in the numbers. Don’t interpret a 4.3 or 4.4 score as weak. Interpret it as a vertical where public review culture hasn’t caught up with provider quality.

The 7 Best MSPs for the Hospitality Industry

1
Strongest Trust Signals Across the Board
8.3
out of 10
Trust Score
Ntiva managed IT services for the hospitality industry homepage

Ntiva didn’t land at #1 because they’re a hospitality-only shop. They landed here because no other provider on this list comes close to matching their independently verified credibility across every dimension we measure. Four consecutive CRN Triple Crown awards, a 4.9 Clutch rating, and 22 years of operational history put them in a tier of their own.

Key Strengths

  • CRN Triple Crown award winner four consecutive years (2018-2021), a recognition fewer than a handful of MSPs in the country have earned.
  • Clutch rating of 4.9 across 18 verified client reviews, with clients reporting investments ranging from $1,200 per month to $60,000 overall.
  • Inc. 5000 honoree five years running, signaling sustained growth rather than a one-year spike.
  • Dedicated hospitality and entertainment practice with documented support for POS systems, reservation platforms, and guest data security.
  • 700+ employees across offices in DC, New York, Chicago, and Long Island after the 2024 Purple Guys acquisition.

Limitations

  • Hospitality isn’t their primary vertical. They serve healthcare, financial services, legal, and nonprofits too. If you want a provider that eats, sleeps, and breathes hotel IT, LEFCON or M7 might be a better cultural fit.
  • Clients have noted pricing can run higher than competitors, particularly for smaller hospitality operations with tighter budgets.
  • Not the right choice for properties needing deep PMS integration expertise or hotel construction IT buildouts.

Best For

Mid-market hospitality groups (10–50 properties) wanting an MSP with national scale, proven cybersecurity depth, and the kind of third-party validation that makes due diligence easy.

Not Ideal For

Single-property boutique hotels looking for a hospitality-only partner at a lower price point.

Why They Rank #1

Trust Scores don’t care about marketing claims. They measure what’s verifiable. And Ntiva’s combination of CRN Triple Crown recognition, a near-perfect Clutch profile, 22 years of operational history, and genuine hospitality industry investment puts them ahead of every other provider on this list by a wide margin. The gap between their score and #2 tells you something real about the state of independently verified credibility in hospitality IT.

2
The Hospitality IT Veteran
6.4
out of 10
Trust Score
LEFCON hospitality IT managed services homepage

Twenty-eight years building IT infrastructure for hotels. That’s LEFCON’s pitch, and it holds up. From new construction network design and opening management through ongoing managed services and 24/7 NOC support, LEFCON has built a full lifecycle hospitality IT practice that few competitors can match.

Key Strengths

  • Inc. 5000 honoree four times (2021 at #1,120, 2022 at #2,704, 2024 at #3,396, and 2025 at #4,814), proving consistent growth across a difficult post-pandemic recovery period for hospitality.
  • Named preferred MSP partner by Curator Hotel & Resort Collection, a portfolio of 80+ independent and lifestyle hotels backed by Pebblebrook Hotel Trust.
  • Multi-city engineering presence (Pittsburgh HQ, Chicago, Dallas, Austin, Denver, San Diego) with same-day dispatch capability in most U.S. markets.
  • Full lifecycle hospitality IT, from new construction network design and opening management through ongoing managed services and 24/7 NOC support.

Limitations

  • No Clutch profile and no confirmed Google Maps review presence. For a 28-year-old company serving Fortune 100 hotel brands, the absence of public reviews is notable. Their enterprise clients don’t typically leave reviews on consumer platforms, but the data gap is real in our model.
  • CJIS-certified team suggests significant public safety work alongside hospitality. If you want 100% hospitality focus, M7 Services is more single-threaded.
  • Glassdoor employee reviews are mixed (3.2/5), with some citing low pay and management concerns.

Best For

Hotel ownership groups and management companies running 15–100+ branded or independent properties who need an IT partner that understands brand interfaces, property openings, and renovation buildouts.

Not Ideal For

Small restaurant groups or single-location hospitality businesses looking for straightforward remote monitoring and help desk support.

Why They Rank #2

Four Inc. 5000 placements carried serious weight here. Most hospitality IT companies don’t appear on independently published growth lists at all. LEFCON does, repeatedly. Pair that with nearly three decades of operational history and a named partnership with Curator Hotels, and you’ve got a credibility floor that the review data gap can’t fully erase.

3
45 Years of IT With Hospitality Included
6.3
out of 10
Trust Score
Corporate Technologies managed IT services hospitality homepage

Founded in 1981. That’s not a typo. Corporate Technologies has been running managed IT since before most providers on this list existed. Forty-five years of continuous operation, a 4.7 Clutch rating, and physical presence across 16+ states give them a credibility floor most regional MSPs can’t approach.

Key Strengths

  • 45 years of continuous operation, the longest track record of any provider on this list by a wide margin.
  • Clutch rating of 4.7 across 12 verified reviews, with hospitality and leisure industry tags attached to their profile.
  • Physical presence across 16+ U.S. states including Arkansas, California, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota (HQ), New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Virginia.
  • Documented service stack covering managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, backup/DR, and Microsoft 365 support.

Limitations

  • No dedicated hospitality practice page on their website. Their Clutch reviews tag them in hospitality, but the company doesn’t market hospitality as a named vertical the way LEFCON or M7 does.
  • No confirmed appearances on major industry award lists (MSP 501, CRN 500, Inc. 5000).
  • Eden Prairie, MN headquarters sits outside the major hospitality corridors (Florida, Nevada, California, New York), though their multi-state presence partially offsets this.

Best For

Hospitality organizations that prioritize stability and operational maturity over vertical specialization. If your IT committee wants a 45-year-old vendor with a clean Clutch record, this is the pick.

Not Ideal For

Properties needing deep PMS integration expertise, hotel construction IT, or a provider that speaks hospitality as a first language.

Why They Rank #3

Longevity carries weight in this model, and 45 years of continuous operation is hard to argue with. Pair that with a confirmed Clutch profile tagged for hospitality work and coverage across 16 states, and you’ve got a solid trust signal even without the vertical depth of providers ranked below them.

4
300+ Locations for National Hospitality Compliance
5.7
out of 10
Trust Score
CMIT Solutions managed IT services hospitality industry homepage

Three hundred franchise locations. Dedicated hospitality vertical with Marriott and Hyatt brand compliance expertise. If you need local boots on the ground in almost any U.S. market, CMIT is probably already there. The franchise model is both their superpower and their structural weakness.

Key Strengths

  • The most physically distributed MSP on this list with 300+ locations, giving hospitality groups with scattered properties a single vendor that can provide on-site support almost anywhere.
  • Dedicated hospitality vertical page documenting brand compliance expertise for Marriott, Hyatt, and other major flags.
  • Founded in 1996, 30 years of operational history through the franchise model.
  • Published content addressing IT outsourcing due diligence for hospitality, including a downloadable checklist for hotel management companies evaluating MSPs.

Limitations

  • Franchise model means quality varies by location. The CMIT Solutions in Chicago might deliver a very different experience than the CMIT Solutions in Phoenix. There’s no way to score franchise consistency at the national level.
  • Individual franchise Clutch profiles are sparse (typically 0–1 reviews each), making it difficult to assess client satisfaction across the network.
  • Brand compliance expertise is documented in marketing content but not backed by named certifications or case studies with verifiable outcomes.

Best For

Multi-property hospitality groups operating across 5+ U.S. markets who need consistent on-site support and a vendor relationship that scales without managing multiple regional MSPs.

Not Ideal For

Single-location properties in major metros who’d be better served by a locally focused provider with deeper hospitality specialization.

Why They Rank #4

Physical distribution is CMIT’s superpower. No other provider can match 300+ locations for on-the-ground coverage. That matters enormously for hospitality groups managing properties across dozens of markets. The franchise quality question keeps the score from climbing higher.

5
Built for Hotel Tech
4.4
out of 10
Trust Score
Cloud5 Communications hospitality technology managed services homepage

Cloud5 isn’t a traditional MSP that happens to serve hotels. They’re a hospitality technology company that built a managed services division because their hotel clients needed one. Five thousand hotels under their belt, Marriott GPNS Full Certified, and a four-time Mitel Hospitality Specialization Partner.

Key Strengths

  • Serves 5,000+ hotels across the Americas, making them one of the largest hospitality-focused technology providers by client count.
  • Marriott GPNS Full Certified provider and 4-time Mitel Hospitality Specialization Partner.
  • Managed services division launched specifically for hospitality IT, covering help desk, vendor management, telco expense management, procurement, and event-grade internet services.
  • Deep guest-facing technology expertise including contact center services, in-room entertainment, and conference/event networking.

Limitations

  • Not a full-stack general MSP. Their strength is hospitality-specific tech (telecom, guest services, property networking), not the broader cybersecurity, compliance, and endpoint management stack that providers like Ntiva or LEFCON deliver.
  • No Clutch, Google, or Cloudtango review presence. As an enterprise hospitality vendor, their client relationships don’t generate public reviews.
  • Indeed and Glassdoor employee reviews are low (2.3–2.8 range), with multiple complaints about management culture.

Best For

Hotel management companies and ownership groups looking for a hospitality technology partner with deep guest-tech expertise, particularly around telecom, event networking, and vendor management.

Not Ideal For

Hospitality organizations needing a single MSP to handle everything from endpoint management and cybersecurity to cloud migration alongside guest-facing tech.

Why They Rank #5

Five thousand hotels isn’t a number you can fake. Cloud5’s client base is massive and their Marriott certification is real. But they’re a specialized hospitality tech provider, not a broad MSP, which limits their score on service breadth. And the absence of any public review data keeps the Trust Score from reflecting what’s likely a strong enterprise reputation.

6
The Largest Hospitality-Only MSP
4.3
out of 10
Trust Score
M7 Services hospitality-exclusive managed IT homepage

Here’s the tension in this ranking. M7 calls themselves the largest MSP in the hospitality market, and by endpoint count, they probably are. Fifteen thousand endpoints under management. Relationships with Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Aimbridge Hospitality, Interstate Hotels, and Stepstone Hospitality. A 98% CSAT rating. None of that shows up in our model the way you’d expect. And that’s worth explaining.

Key Strengths

  • Hospitality-exclusive MSP, founded in 2013 with their first client being a Houston hotel. They’ve never pivoted to other verticals.
  • 15,000+ endpoints under management across 1,500+ customers in 400+ cities, serviced from Houston HQ with additional operations in Mexico and the Philippines.
  • Named brand partnerships with the biggest names in hospitality management, including Aimbridge (the largest third-party hotel management company in the world).
  • Full hospitality IT stack including managed IT, cybersecurity, help desk, vCIO, procurement, UCaaS, and co-managed IT.

Limitations

  • Zero Clutch reviews. Zero confirmed Google Maps reviews. Zero Cloudtango presence. Zero confirmed appearances on MSP 501, CRN 500, or Inc. 5000. The independently verifiable trust signals that drive our scoring model simply don’t exist for M7, despite what appears to be a massive enterprise operation.
  • Founded 2013 (some sources suggest 2010), putting them at 11–13 years in business, the youngest provider on this list.
  • The few public reviews that do exist (Google, Glassdoor) include pointed complaints about response times, technician availability, and management quality.

Best For

Hotel management companies and ownership groups looking for a partner that does nothing but hospitality IT. If vertical exclusivity matters more to you than third-party validation, M7 is the clearest choice.

Not Ideal For

Organizations that weight vendor due diligence heavily on publicly verifiable review data, awards, and third-party recognition.

Why They Rank #6

This is the provider where the gap between industry reputation and verifiable trust signals is widest. M7 may well be the best hospitality MSP in the country by client satisfaction. But our model can only score what’s independently confirmed. Until M7 invests in building a public review presence and pursuing industry recognition, their Trust Score will understate their actual market position.

7
Veteran-Owned with Hospitality Depth
4.2
out of 10
Trust Score
GDC IT Solutions veteran-owned hospitality managed services homepage

GDC’s been around since 1995. Veteran-owned. National reach. And they’ve got a dedicated hospitality industry page covering the specific IT challenges hotels and restaurants face, from PCI compliance to PMS support to guest Wi-Fi.

Key Strengths

  • 31 years of operational history as a veteran-owned IT service provider, with documented expertise across healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, and hospitality.
  • Dedicated hospitality IT services page addressing PCI compliance, PMS support, guest Wi-Fi, virtualization, and reservations system management.
  • Recent strategic acquisition of Global Help Desk Services, Inc. (April 2026), expanding their 24/7 U.S.-based service desk capabilities.
  • Broad service stack including managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, application development, technical staffing, and multilingual 24/7/365 service desk.

Limitations

  • Clutch profile exists but has zero reviews. Their hospitality work isn’t validated by any public review platform.
  • No confirmed appearances on major industry awards lists.
  • Chambersburg, PA headquarters is a smaller market. While they operate nationally, the physical presence doesn’t signal the same kind of market-center positioning as providers headquartered in Houston, Chicago, or DC.
  • Glassdoor reviews (2.8–3.0/5) include concerns about below-industry-standard pay and high turnover.

Best For

Organizations that value veteran-owned business partnerships and need a multi-vertical MSP with documented hospitality capabilities and a deep service desk operation.

Not Ideal For

Hotel groups seeking a hospitality-first provider with a track record of industry awards and client reviews to support the selection decision.

Why They Rank #7

Longevity (31 years) and service breadth kept GDC from scoring lower. But zero public reviews combined with no industry awards means the independently verifiable trust signals just aren’t there yet. The 2026 acquisition of Global Help Desk Services shows investment in growth, which could move the needle on future evaluations.

How to Choose a Managed IT Provider for Hospitality

Start with one question. Does this MSP understand why a PMS outage during check-in is fundamentally different from an email server going down at a consulting firm? If they can’t articulate that difference in the first conversation, keep looking. Hospitality IT runs on a different clock than most industries. Your systems need to function at 2 AM on a holiday weekend in a way that an accounting firm’s network simply doesn’t. That changes everything about how support should be structured.

Hotel chain or management company with 15+ properties? You need an MSP with proven multi-property experience and brand compliance knowledge. LEFCON, CMIT Solutions, and Cloud5 all operate at this scale. Ask specifically about their experience with your flag’s IT standards.

Single property or small group (under 10 locations)? You’ll likely overpay for the enterprise-scale providers. Look for regional MSPs with hospitality experience, or consider Ntiva or Corporate Technologies for their strong general MSP capabilities with hospitality awareness.

Guest-facing tech is your primary concern? Cloud5’s entire business is built around this. If Wi-Fi, in-room entertainment, and event networking are your biggest pain points, a hospitality-tech specialist makes more sense than a general MSP.

PCI compliance keeping you up at night? Every MSP on this list supports PCI DSS in some capacity, but LEFCON and CMIT Solutions have the most documented hospitality compliance expertise. Ask for their last three PCI-related incident reports. Not the marketing page. The actual incident history.

The market context matters. The Mordor Intelligence U.S. Hospitality Industry Report values the market at $247.81 billion in 2026 with a projected 4.28% CAGR through 2031. As the industry grows, so does the technology surface area. The MSP you pick now needs to scale with that growth, not become the bottleneck. For city-specific hospitality MSP rankings, see our guide to the top hospitality MSPs in Miami.

The Bottom Line

Ntiva earns the top Trust Score at 8.3/10, carried by a combination of CRN Triple Crown recognition, a near-perfect Clutch rating, and 22 years of operational maturity. For hospitality organizations evaluating MSPs in 2026, they’re the highest-trust choice. They aren’t hospitality-exclusive, but their overall credibility is unmatched on this list.

But “overall” doesn’t mean universal. If hospitality-only focus matters most, LEFCON (6.4/10) brings 28 years of hotel IT and four Inc. 5000 placements. For organizations needing on-site support in dozens of U.S. markets, CMIT Solutions’ (5.7/10) 300+ locations are hard to beat. And if you want the largest hospitality-exclusive MSP by endpoint count, M7 Services (4.3/10) serves 15,000+ endpoints across 1,500+ hotel clients.

The right provider depends on your portfolio scale, your compliance burden, and your tech stack priorities. Use the comparison table above to narrow your shortlist, then have direct conversations with two or three providers.

What Hospitality Buyers Need to Know About Choosing an MSP

PMS integration expertise, for starters. A hotel’s property management system connects to the channel manager, payment gateway, door lock system, energy management platform, and probably the CRM. A general MSP will troubleshoot symptoms. A hospitality MSP knows the integration layer well enough to find the root cause without a 3-hour diagnostic call.
$150-$250 per user per month is the range most mid-market hospitality organizations land in, based on publicly available pricing data from providers on this list. Enterprise hotel chains with complex multi-property environments run higher. Single-property operations with simpler needs can sometimes find options below $150 per user.
It’s non-negotiable if you process credit card payments. Which you do. PCI DSS violations can carry fines exceeding $100,000 per month in severe cases, and a data breach in hospitality doesn’t just cost money in remediation. It costs years of brand trust. Every MSP you evaluate should be able to walk you through their PCI compliance approach without reading from a marketing PDF.
Technically, yes. But you’ll spend the first 6 months educating them on your stack. They won’t know why the front desk printers need to work differently than back office printers. They won’t understand seasonal capacity planning. They won’t have existing relationships with your PMS vendor’s support team. It works. It just costs more in friction than most buyers expect.
Choosing based on price alone. The cheapest MSP is almost always the one that hasn’t scoped the hospitality-specific requirements correctly. When the POS goes down during Saturday dinner service and your “affordable” MSP’s after-hours support is a voicemail box, the savings evaporate fast.
